    Spring broke the first time I used it

    I got everything screwed into the wall and as soon as I went to pull it across for the first time something inside popped and it no longer rolls up at all. I’ve had gates like this one before that I loved and I was so upset when it broke so easily.

    I don't know if we can even install this thanks to some weird decisions on the metal placements by the manufacturer. I didn't even know you could make screws this bad to boot. Doesn't bode well for the rest of this gate.

    Terrible customer service

    Happy for a while with this until a small connector broke and the company won't sell me the price. Was told to "get creative" with something around the house. Be aware they do not stand behind their product.

    11 month old son easily removes the gate from the latch. Would not recommend for stairs I might as well not have anything. This flimsy thing may stop my electronic robot. But my son opened it within 3 minutes of effort

    Disappointed. The Retractable Baby Gate looks fabulous...I'd love to give an objective review, but can't. Website pricing shows a price in UK currency, but at checkout I find I can't have it shipped to UK.

    It was perfect for our new space. It's retractable which saves space and easier to move through. The gate was easy to install and does the job asked of it. The only slight issue I have is the locking mechanism. It's pretty simple and it won't be long before my toddler figures it out. It's pretty stiff so maybe it will be longer than I expect.Still, it's a great gate. The issue above is minor at best.

    I can't tell you how much this gate has helped my sanity!! I run a daycare with 12 children and it was hard to use a normal gate because I kept having to take down and put back up a plastic gateso the bigger kids could access the bathroom. This gate the bigger kids can easily learn how to use it and they can do it all by themselves!! GOODBYE to escaping toddlers HELLO MOMCOZY GATE? assembly was pretty easy to! I recommend this gate 100% I will be purchasing more! P.s. I have been using this gate for a month now and STILL so in love with it!! Best purchase EVER thank you momcozy for such an efficient gate!!

    Absolutely LOVE this gate. My husband and I are used to the old-school, metal baby gates that you trip over and are a pain to open but these have completely changed the game! To our surprise, our baby started walking at 8 months and we needed gates quickly but the way our home is set up, traditional metal gates wouldn't work. So, a friend of mine turned me to these and we gave them a try.They're a breeze to install, as they come with clear instructions and even a printout indicating exactly where you need to put the screws. My husband had it up in minutes. After, you just pull out the screen, fasten it to the opposite wall, and lock it! That easy! They've also held up to some abuse. My little one has tried to barrel through them yet the gate still stands firm. Since installing the first one, we've purchased 5 more for other areas of our home and it was well worth the money!! We are so pleased with this product!

    Have had this gate for 4 months now. It has held up and had absolutely no damage after being tugged on by my baby, scratched and jumped on by a puppy and retracted multiple times a day. I would highly recommend this product, however, since it is mesh there is some give to it even when activating the lock at the top.
