The light itself is great..
The light itself is great.. upon arrival one of the glass fixtures was broken on shipping.. I made several emails and phone calls to company with no answer.. tried getting of the actual manufacturer to purchase said broken fixture and same dance.. had to eat the fixture and buy a new one.. not sure if I was a fluke.. but I wouldn't use the company

Cheap - It's OK
Keep perspective when purchasing an inexpensive lighting fixture - you get what you pay for. We wanted to change out our antique fixture in the dining room as we're getting ready to sell our home, and wanted something nondescript and inexpensive that would stay with the house after we move. Installation instructions are USELESS (why is this always the case? - how hard can it be for companies to write simple instructions in English?!). Installing took a long while. The chain links are solid - so much so that you can't open them to connect them to the light or the canopy! Even my DIY husband and 2 vice grips had a struggle - and in doing so scraped off the 'finish' - not that you can tell from below - but just letting you know. The "collars" that holds the glass shades in place screws in off center so it took many tries for each one to get straight and even now I see one is still crooked. The look of the lights are best with soft light - or Edison lights - unless it's in a kitchen then regular bright bulbs will give you a lot of light. The design is OK - it suits our purpose.
