Kichler Lighting Dover 9 - Light Chandelier in Brushed Nickel

We just experienced the sane issue with the loop at the top of the fixture that connects to the hanging chain broke in half, The entire fixture was hanging by the electrical wires and the ground wire. I have no idea why it did not fall onto to our dining room table. Can this part be replaced?

Very nice chandelier. Looks great in our recently remodeled bathroom. I had a little trouble putting it together with the instructions and wires.

Very attractive chandelier. Very high quality materials. Everything fits together nicely. Takes awhile to assemble. I recommend not fully tightening topmost piece where chain attaches so that there is some play for the arms to attach. Then check alignment, then tighten the topmost piece. Don't overtighten that piece or it will bow the vertical center pieces that have the orb in the middle. We're very happy with this chandelier. It has a basic traditional design but has clean transitional look. Glass is nice.

The chandeliers I purchased are of high quality. Purchasing on line was easy and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable (Shannon). I am more than satisfied with my purchases. Both of them were easily installed and the are beautiful.

The chandelier looks great

This chandelier is impressive in every way -- the size, shape, bronze metal arms and etched seeded glas shades. Everyone who sees it hanging in my dining room comments about how beautiful it is.

Fixture looks really nice in my two story foyer, 19' high. The curved arms are a nice design, without being too busy. I also purchased 3 matching flush mount fixtures that coordinate to replace the hallway lights on the first and second floors. Just what I needed to upgrade lighting!
