Q: Can you hang the light without the pole? Like so it can be swagged?
A: Hi Barbara - Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your interest in Wicker Dome Pendant with Opal Glass Ball Ceiling Light. No, you likely cannot swag the Wicker Dome Pendant because it is a hardwired ceiling fixture that requires a solid pole for installation and does not come with a long chain or cord suitable for swagging. Swagged lighting, or swag lamps, are designed with a long cord that plugs into an outlet, whereas this pendant is designed to be wired directly into your ceiling's electrical system. I hope this helps - Emma

Q: Would this work as a pendant over a bathroom vanity?
A: Hi Sarah - Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your interest in Wicker Dome Pendant with Opal Glass Ball Ceiling Light. It is meant to be mounted in your living room or over your dining room table to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for get-togethers and family meals. It might not be the best choice for a bathroom, though. Hope this helps! - Emma

Q: Are the product details correct that the maximum wattage for the bulb is 25w? That doesn’t seem right and the pictures from other purchasers look like it’s brighter than 25w.
A: Hello Jenna - We appreciate your interest in this Wicker Dome Pendant with Opal Glass Ball Ceiling Light Brown. This is correct. This wattage correlates with incandescent bulb wattage. We recommend use of an LED bulb, which will have a much lower wattage. “Wattage” is also not indicative of bulb brightness. Please refer to the lumen rating of a lightbulb for brightness, and the color temperature (Kelvin) scale for bulb color. I hope this information helps. – Ryan

Q: Is this fixture compatible with sloped ceilings?
A: Hi Yck - Thank you for the inquiry. No this ceiling light cannot be mounted on a sloped ceiling because the stem of the lamp is a solid pole, it cannot tilt when connected to the mounting plate. However, any of similar Threshold products that hang from a chain can be hung from a sloped ceiling. Happy shopping! - Kris
