The quality of the Kichler Springfield Outdoor lanterns exceeded my expectations. It's size will definitely make a statement flanking my front doors. The metal is strong, the lantern is very sturdy, and it has a nice hammered finish. The seeded glass is clear (no green in it) with lots of seeding. I ordered 2 large for my front, and and 2 small for my side entrance. They were delivered in a few days and packaged very well. Unfortunately, 1 lantern had 2 glass panes that were broken. I filled out a form online at 1stoplighting for a replacement, and within a few days received 2 replacement panes that are easy enough to insert. I am more than happy with my purchase and the service! And the price was the unbeatable, too!

This lantern will be placed at the door of a 1750 colonial, a place which has been vacant for almost 50 years. Although it seems overly large when you open the box, it is the perfect scale for the entrance on our home.
