Q: What color is the shade? Some pics look white like this description says, some look "natural" (like the written description of same lamp sold with a cfl bulb included)

A: The shade is patterned in a subtle cream-and-tan. With a standard CFC bulb in and the light on, it is tan with a woven pattern, so some threads read as darker than others. I think that's what they mean by "natural", but it's definitely a vague description.
