VASAGLE Hall Tree with Bench and Shoe Storage, Entryway Coat Rack with Shoe Bench, 5 Storage Shelves, Stone Gray and Ink Black

I'm an engineer myself, so for products like this I tend to trust the furniture designers and double, triple, and quadruple check the assembly instructions before claiming that the parts or directions are wrong. That being said, after much time spent checking my work, I do think something is incorrect with the parts I received. For three of the vertical posts, the mating component holes did not line up, so I was forced to leave those screws out. See photo. I checked the orientation and location of the posts several times, but all was correct and the holes still don't line up. There are plenty of other screws that do line up, so it's probably secure enough without these, but I wasted a lot of time trying to fix what is ultimately not fixable without drilling a new hole. This set was also supposed to come with brackets that attach to the side for additional hanging capacity, but those were missing from my box. Again not critical, but it was promised and then not delievered. Target does not stock these brackets, so they weren't able to send them separately, so I'm just out of luck. Overall the piece is nice and I would still recommend it if you're on a budget, but it's not the highest quality piece.
