I ordered online received in timely manner, but unfortunately, once I took it out of the box part of the rubber top was lifting. It felt like an air pocket. In the morning I got up and looked at it. The rubber next to the controls is lifting too. It's useless trying to get in touch with anyone from life pro. They're always too busy to take your call so unfortunately now I needto return it to target and re-order and try again .Positive note I do like the size of the vibration plate.

Assemble and try out the waver in under 10 minutes! Read the manual for safety instructions and 11 recommended exercises. The manual also includes multiple QR codes for additional information. A bonus workout wall poster, resistance bands and handled bands are included. The presets are wonderful when you don’t have time to put together your own workout. The handy remote lets you control time and speed with ease. Once accustomed to the waver, there are endless possibilities for future workouts since the manual mode has 99 speeds and the timer can be set for 1-15 minutes. I am super happy with this product! It is definitely wide enough that I can feel the difference when adjusting the width between my feet on the plate. Combining this option with the 99 speeds, the workout poster, the waver exercise guide in the manual and ALL of the available YouTube videos means that I will never get bored using my LifePro Waver Vibration Plate!

I'm so happy with this purchase! I have been experiencing unexplained weight gain, joint discomfort, and just feeling sluggish and stiff allover. I jog four days a week and weight train three days a week and i still always felt unhealthy and out of shape. I researched lymphatic issues and discovered this vibration plate. I've had this for two weeks and have noticed an improvement in all of my issues. I feel slimmer, bloating has reduced, and I feel less stiffness in my feet, knees, and legs. I first used it by sitting in a chair and putting my feet on the plate and then I worked up to sitting on the plate. When I gained some confidence that I wouldn't fall, I stood on the plate with a chair in front of me for balance. I now use this for a total of about an hour a day and I am stunned at the difference in my health. I think it's like a deep massage or rolfing in these results. I also had a surprising improvement in my digestion and bowel function. The plate is very quiet and very powerful. I want to note that I weigh 230 pounds and the plate works perfectly for me. There is a note on the box that there is a 260 pound limit.
