All our manufacturing facilities have complete, documented and audited food safety programs that include the handling and processing of the aforementioned top nine allergens plus mollusks. To prevent cross-contact, ingredients containing allergens are marked and segregated. Mixing, batching, and packaging processes are fully documented and audited to prevent cross-contact during the manufacturing process. We also conduct an allergen clean after handling any allergen.
