I bought these for our bedroom. We pull our shades morning and night. These shades had clips that kept the Roman fold and you have to reach under the front layer to grab a handle to pull a second (attached) layer of shade down. The front Roman layer fell apart within a week. The clip fell off so it no longer folds how a Roman shade should. I could not get it to stay again once it fell off.

Dear Customer, We are sincerely sorry to hear that your new Kyler Linen Blend shades have already encountered such a frustrating mechanical failure. It is a major letdown when a product you’ve chosen for daily use—something you rely on every morning and night—literally falls apart within the first week. We completely understand the annoyance of having to "reach under" layers just to operate a handle, only to have the structural clips fail and ruin that beautiful Roman fold look. You deserve window treatments that are as durable as they are stylish, and it is clear these didn't live up to the "linen blend" quality you expected. Since these were intended for high-frequency use, we want to make sure you get a functional solution or your money back as quickly as possible.
