Not only does it kind of stay cool and warm at the same time but it also helps to not have a couch completely full of dog hair. I love that it's machine washable and it stays pretty secure unless there's some serious rough housing going on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Hampstead Stretch Velvet Chair Slipcover in the color Charcoal. Unfortunately, this did not fit the type of chair I have. I learned it is best to put it on a bigger La-Z-Boy type of chair. Luckily, I have a friend with the perfect chair In need of a cover and she absolutely loves it! it covered up imperfections and protected the chair from any further damage. (waiting on her to send me a picture of the chair so I can follow up with a post of the final look ) I was very impressed how SOFT this fabric was. One key factor with this type of product is that you have to spend time tucking it in and making it look as straight as possible. You are not going to put it on and have it magically fit. I found that sheet clips were great to use to help with this. Also machine washable and a pretty color that matches anything! Many different styles/colors to choose from online and for all different types of Furniture. I learned a lot about this company and potential items I could see myself purchasing the future. .!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material is really lovely. It’s plush and super soft. It also has a lot of stretch. However, there is a ton of extra fabric in the wrong places and not enough in others. I’ll chalk this up to my measurements being a bit off, but it still feels like a really awkward fit. This is especially true because the cover goes over EVERYTHING. I other similar brands usually come with at least 1 other slip cover for the seat cushion (sometimes back cushion too) which elevates the look a lot. I could move past the walkways fit if I had a cushion to shove on top and help it out, but sadly, I do not. Overall, 3/5.

I have 2 kids, so the furniture takes a beating most of the time and this cover is nice to help protect it! It’s SUPER soft and comfy too. As you can see in the pics, the cat is also in love with it because of how soft it is. It makes the chair look really nice too, I just need to get matching ones for the couches. In the pic, it looks like maybe it doesn’t fit, but that is just because the kids wanted to play on it before I was able to push the elastic around all the cushions.

The only reason it didn't work for my loveseat is because the arms on my loveseat are extremely wide. But it was a great quality product. I would have loved for it to have fit.I would definitely recommend this product.

It's very stretchable, so you can almost mold it to the shape of your couch. The material is so soft and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone with children, pets or an old couch that has seen better days! Or perhaps someone who's just changing up their decor and wants a different couch color!

I have 4 big dogs & they are shedding a lot. So when i saw this product, i immediately thought i should try this. I love it, the material is very soft, smooth, and thick. It also looks so neat, and easy to put on. Also it’s machine washable. I chose the one for my loveseat and the cover is fit most loveseats ranging from 58" to 73". The Fabric Content: 92% Polyester / 8% Spandex. My female dog loves it. I bought for my other couch immediately so everything is matches. Thank you!

It’s large enough and will fit large love seats. I just don’t like the material of this either. It’s very hot. I would love this as a blanket but not as a cover for a couch. Would not recommend.

If you have animal i would be a little more cautious as my cats thought that it was a blanket and almost got caught in it.
