The fabric color is vibrant and soft to the touch. The set has been washed multiple times and, if anything, the fabric is getting softer. Color has not faded yet.

But i wasnt very satisfied, the color wasn’t like described and the texture is t as soft as described either. Its very stiff so it only serves as a cover and not a blanket. Long enough to fit my queen bed which is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new coverlet by Hampton Hill. The color is beautiful and just as shown online. I use it on a king size bed and it is plenty big enough to cover the entire bed as well as the sides and bottom of the bed without being too long. The coverlet comes with a set of two shams, just the right size for king size pillows. It's machine washable and can be dried in the dryer on a low setting, a large capacity washer is required though to make it fit. The fabric is fairly heavy, lays nicely on the bed and is soft to the touch. A beautiful addition to any bedroom.

This set is the king size coverlet and 2 matching shams. The coverlet is oversized and overfilled with batting to make it more comfortable and softer, it has a velvety soft touch and is a brushed material that looks so soft. It has a high end look and feel and quality made. This coverlet has a lightweight feel but has the feel of a weighted blanket when using it and washes up great and keeps it shape and no fading. The pictures do not do this set justice with the peacock color. It looks like it should be in a high class hotel because it just looks so good. My wife loves how this coverlet looks and feels. I would highly recommend the Hampton Hill Velvet Touch 3 Piece Coverlet Set that would make any bed look like a 5 star hotel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Wisconsin and I think this is a perfect thickness for the summer. It's not super thick and somewhat breathable, so it's a good layer for those cool summer nights. It's also very soft and light, easy to wash.

There was nothing oversized about the size and it certainly did not feel anything like velvet, more so normal rough cheap cotton feel. One thing I did like about it was it had some weight to it more so then a normal coverlet and the color itself was nice.

The color we chose was peacock as it is a beautiful mix of blue and green that matches the subtly of our decor that is a small blend of blue and green. The weight of this quilt is also amazing as I truly feel I am under a weighted blanket while I simply am not. I feel so very comfortable... not too heavy or too light. I have stayed warm in the cool temps and slept comfortably in the heat as it helped keep me cool.

It is more than ample for a California King bed. The quilt measures 110” x 96” and the shams are 36” x 21”. All the stitching is meticulous and precise with the binding being flawless. The fabric of the coverlet is 100 polyester with a brushed feel while the filling is 100% cotton. The quilt is embellished with herringbone stitching which adds interest to a simple quilt. We love the weight of the quilt. After the bed is made, it has a very simple, clean look. Great quality.

It's not the best quilt set I've used but for the price it's solid. It will keep you warm but isn't too heavy you can't use in the summer. Overall I'd say it's worth a buy if you have a budget.

I got it out and it is just so pretty. It is so big and luxurious that it covers the whole bed with room to spare. Some quilts say they are queen size but still barely cover the bed but this one is a great size! And it’s heavy like a quilt should be making it excellent to sleep under. Love this quilt!

It’s so soft, has no bad smell out of the packaging and actually fits well on our queen sized bed. Some are too short but since it’s oversized, you get that extra length and I love that.
