Generally I would prefer one specified for women, since some women's versus men's needs are slightly different. For instance, this one does not include iron but women generally need that in a multi. This does have some things I like, particularly lutein for eye health. Check out the specifics to see if this is the multi for you.

No more 15 different pills in the morning! They leave no bad taste in my mouth or an aftertaste as some supplements can. You get a few months worth in the bottle too so that saves having to run out every month which saves money!

And although I’m still young I just had to purchase these vitamins. It’s packed with so much vitamins. Who couldn’t use these vitamins? I like that it’s good for your vision, heart, brain & general health if your body. It is pack with the vitamin essential your body needs.
