Nightmare experience. Returned item as was sent the wrong glass with the pendant. Trying to return it was difficult and took 4 different online chats. Believe 1 customer service person as I had the same person each time which explains delays. If returning start immediately as will take multiple days to get it processed. Item arrived promptly. A simple I am sorry would have been nice. Instead I got a lecture about ordering the wrong item. I finally showed that I did not order dark glass and it was not an option with the finish. Chats are multitasked so take much longer as working several at once.
