2 days relieved with 2 gummies
Love these gummies. I had traveled on an 8 hour flight and I'm on the carnivore diet. I couldn't get anything out but my friend had these with her. I took them before bed and the next morning we were back in business. 2 days were relieved with 2 gummies. I've been ordering them ever since.

These gummies are delicious and does exactly what the bottle says it does. I'm never regular and I am now. I also have dropped a couple of pounds as well. Stuck no more as they say. Ordering more today because I'm almost out. My hubby says he feels better also.

Start off taking only one a day

The recommended dosage is 2 gummies for adults, but I had to do one for a week or so before moving back to 2. I started off with two, but it was a bit much for my tummy. I also love that they are sugar free and vegan. But man do I hate the texture. I prefer hard gummies like sourpatch rather than soft like gummi worms. I understand the difference lies in the sugar coating, but I wish there were a way to make these less jelly-like. I have been forcing myself to take these, because they have been good for my digestion, but I don't know for how much longer I can take it.
