A but strong

I've been a Philz fan ever since I was working several jobs SOMA in SF CA. This isn't anything like what you get at the coffee shop. Too nutty, not enough coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a coffee girlie and LOVE a good medium blend - dark roast is usually too strong for me and sometimes a blonde just doesn’t have enough of a punch. The Philtered Soul was such a nice treat! I used a coconut blend cream to get just the right amount of sweetness that blended perfectly with this nutty roast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With all the hype around Philz Coffee, I was excited to try this pod. When the coffee was brewing, the aroma was so nice. I also prefer medium roasts so that was a bonus! However, I wasn’t a fan of the taste. I thought the hazelnut flavor was minimal and it tasted bland. I had to add foam and syrup to make it taste good. I will say it is convenient for a quick cup of coffee. There just wasn’t anything special about this brand or flavor of coffee to me.

Smooth and delicious
This hazelnut flavored coffee is so smooth and delicious. It had no bitterness in its flavor. Despite the medium roast,it was not weak on flavor. The aroma is so pleasant.
