I bought this coffee maker because it was perfect as I am the only one in the home that drinks coffee and I have used. It may be a handful of times and now it won’t turn on. really kicking myself for not getting the protection plan, waste of $100.

Purchased mine about four months ago (November 2022) and it’s starting to malfunction. Taking longer to heat water and stops suddenly. It seems to me it is not heating water like it was when I bought it. Spills coffee everywhere just like others have commented in their reviews. Would not recommend. Bought it half price from Target in November of 2022.

Suddenly broke after just 4 months of use.

I purchased this coffee maker in November 2022. It’s now March 2023 it just died. All the water suddenly started coming out of the bottom of the machine while making a very loud sound. No warning that it was going to just stop working. I haven’t really liked this machine the entire time I’ve had it though. It’s spits coffee all over as it’s coming out , it takes forever to even brew the one cup. It was also very loud.. This will be my last keurig machine. I think everyone is going back to drip coffee anyway.

Wow, I can’t say enough about Keurig standing behind there product. I had an issue with my new mini pot I received from my daughter for Christmas. I called up company service and they did some troubleshooting with me, to then needing to send me a new one. It received within a week. I have a Keurig at my work place that I’ve had for about fifteen years and it is working wonderfully. I love the coffee my Keurig produces. It’s like one from a coffee house.

I bought this for my mother-in-law who is 100, still lives alone and enjoys one cup of coffee in the morning. She never wants to make a pot so she has tea, which is OK except that it’s not coffee. This K-mini is perfect for her (and us when we visit). Pour in a mug of water, pop in a pod, press one big button and off it goes. Makes great coffee, nice and hot.

I had a Keurig with a heating issue. After 3 months, the coffee was only mildly warm. I called the Keurig warranty phone number, emailed 3 pictures (1. Serial # on bottom of Keurig, 2. Receipt, 3. Handwritten note of my name & reference number on sheet of paper taped to Keurig), and a new Keurig was delivered 3 days later! Fast, convenient and reliable! Thanks, Keurig!

This is my third Keurig mini and by far the worst. Each of the others lasted more than a year; this one is acting up after only two weeks. Also, my last one was more a cranberry color and came with a k cup storage container. I guess I should have read more closely. I love the minis - just not this one.

I am now shopping for a different Keurig machine. I have not really enjoyed a good cup of coffee since buying this machine. I've had the first (I think) machine for years, but it began to make a few noises and I was tired of cleaning it. So this looked like a nice replacement. I personally find it to be counter-intuitive. I keep reading the little booklet. That may be my age, I'm old, sniff, sniff, but I found no way to set the temperature and it cools quicker than my older machine. I just don't care for it. Wish me luck in finding another.

Hello, back in December of 2022 my mother bought my boyfriend the black mini keurig and so I wanted one for myself so we also got the pink mini one each for Christmas. (It’s small enough since we’re both in the military and easily wouldn’t take up space in our rooms thought it would be a good invest meant…. I was wrong.) Well not long after I used mine in January it started to leak and stop all together. Nothing would come out of mine but it would just leak like crazy with water from the bottom. So I have been without mine for three months now. Fast forward to march my boyfriends keurig now is starting to leak from the bottom still works but just leaks which makes no sense. We’re trying to find the source but can’t figure that out yet. Maybe it’s just the manufacturer of the mini single cup keurig or who knows but regardless mine shouldn’t stop or both of ours should have been leaking only after a month or couple months of use. I feel ripped off and scammed I’m highly disappointed.
