This product looks pretty, but it's beauty is only on the outside. It is a daily frustration to try to get it to actually brew coffee. I bought it four months ago, and getting it to actually work is unacceptable, especially for the price. Of course I don't have the paperwork to bring it back. My father has a Black and Decker cup at a time that he's had for 20 years and it works like clockwork. If you use the refillable filter, I suggest getting one of these instead at Target for less than twenty dollars. It's not as pretty, but it works at least.

Well, it was great when it lasted but I guess you do get what you paid for. Got this back in November 2018 but it finally conked out on me today - day 525. The thing only has a one-year warranty. It's easy to use and I love the small footprint in a small kitchen but I cannot recommend a product that won't even last 2 years. In the trash it goes!

I bought this machine to replace my Nespresso because I no longer wanted to spend $60 a month on coffee pods. What a mistake. The coffee from this unit tastes terrible and watered down. I've had the machine for three days but now it'll be thrown away.

Purchased this for myself because I needed one small enough for a dorm. This one was perfect, i personally like that it can only go up to 12oz as I dont drink too much coffee BUT I dont like that it's pretty loud both heating up and brewing the coffee. It also takes a bit longer to completely brew your coffee than the other keurig that I have which is not ideal if you need to get going somewhere. Other than those 2 issues it's perfect for me!
