Pennington Ironite All-Purpose Lawn Fertilizer For All Grasses 5000 sq ft

I was disappointed with this product's performance. I applied the granules as directed, but unfortunately, I did not see any noticeable improvement in my lawn's color or health. Additionally, the spreader settings provided were inaccurate, and the product did not distribute evenly. Based on my experience, I've had far better results with Milorganite, which I've found to be more reliable and effective.

The product is applied by spreader on front and back lawn. Within a week it has greened up. My yard is the neighborhood envy. Follow the application instructions and see the improvement.

I've been using this product for a long time and results are phenomenal. You need to use as directed. Why the negative reviews! This product works as stated everytime. Brings the green out beautifully after about 7 to ten days. If your not getting good results I'd say maybe your lawn is lacking some crucial elements preventing the Iron and minerals from being taken up in the roots of the grass. Have your soil tested. Our soil around here is pretty horrible and rocky but the Ironite brings out the green in our grass and looks nice and healthy.

FIRST OFF THEY SHOULD HAVE SOME THERE TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN 8:00 TO 6:00 MON THRU FRIDAY. I LIVE IN MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME ZONE AND CALLED THE 1-800 NUMBER THREE TIMES AT 8:30/8:45/9:45 - THAT WOULD BE 9:30/9:45/10:45 THEIR TIME (CENTRAL STANDARD TIME). THEIR MESSAGE SAID TO EITHER CALL BACK DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS WHICH STARTS AT 8:00 TO 6:OO CENTRAL TIME BUT MY ONLY OPTIONS WAS TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. A COMPANY THAT SELLS CHEMICAL PRODUCT SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE THERE TO ANSWER THE PHONE FOR SUPPORT WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE THERE. THAT REALLY SAYS ALLOT ABOUT A BIG COMPANY AND IF THEY CANT ANSWER THE PHONE DURING THEIR STATED BUSINEES HOUS I CAN ONLY WONDER IF THEY MONITOR WHAT IS BEING PUT IN THE BAG I PURCHASED.

Grabbed a bag of this instead of a product I've used previously and didn't realize it was iron oxide and not a useful product like iron chelate. The portion of my lawn with the competitor's product got some dark green, while the Ironite portion is still yellow. Threw the bag out like a dummy, so I wouldn't see a refund from their guarantee.

I applied the Pennington ironite and I have noticed a difference in the color and health of my lawn within 2 weeks. I will continue to use this product in the future.

About a month after overseeding. My grass wasn't giving me that dark green look that. All my neighbors had. After doing some research and using this product. I can see it slowly getting that darker color that I was looking for. Although, I wasn't sure if it'll work. I only did half the recommended amount for my lawn. But the results are looking great. Thanks for a great product. Would love to have a Pennington tshirt.

Quality control issues with product. Somehow moisture was inside plastic bag and couldn't use spreader because of clumps. Batch# 22197115ZZ

This dust was enough to create a small cloud of dust around me while using a manual hand help spreader. That being said I was breathing it heavily and that was not very pleasant. 3 stars is generous as the product stands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ironite definitely gave my lawn a nice green up! I mowed it to about the 1" mark, put down the ironite and watered in! A few days later, I had a beautiful green lawn that looked great even at night! Would highly recommend!
