    This is the very first time doing drive up at target and will NOT be doing it again. I normally have no problem going in and getting my items myself however today I simply couldn’t. I came to pick up my order at 2:30 that they said was ready around 12:30/1ish. I put in my info and showed my order number to the employee who proceeded to hand me a completely different order. I politely told him that it wasn’t mine and what I did order. I gave him my first and last name and he responded “hmmm I’ll be right back.” 20 minutes later, another gentleman knocked on my window with “my order” and asked for my order number while placing the bag on my passenger seat . I told him how I was waiting on my order still and everything that had happened, to which he replied “oh, your not _____?” (The persons whose order he put on my seat) I said nope. He goes “oh okay. I think the person who was helping you is talking to the managers now. But I’ll double check” i thanked him, and 10 minutes later, the original employee, came out with my order! He apologized and asked me to double check that everything I ordered was in the bag. I’m happy he did so as it wasn’t! I was missing 1 item. He asked to double check the bag then told me he’d be right back with my item and asked me to pull up right to their back door. I’m not sure what the process is for drive up pick up orders but something’s gotta change! Overall everyone was extremely nice and respectful which I totally appreciate but just not a quick and easy process as hoped.

    If you need perfume

    Have to leave a review to mind myself to not buy this product again. The scent is so strong that is to the extent of suffocating me. I didn’t realize it came from my head and thought my kid broke a perfume bottle but I remembered never bought a perfume smelling like that. Finally I realized it’s the product I use on my head. Oh my. I will go back to the other similar products I used before.

    Impressed so far

    I just received mine and have been using it for about a week. I can’t tell you if it works yet but I will come back after a month or two with a full review but so far I live live live the smell. I love the ingredients especially the biotin and I love how light weight and non greasy it is. I wash weekly so using it daily will not be to much for my hair.

    Healthy Hair in a couple of drops

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this product for a week, I felt that my hair was stronger/healthier feeling. I really liked the fact that this has Biotin. If I take biotin supplements I worry my nails and such will grow to fast. So this goes directly to the source that I need to improve. I liked the dropper and glass bottle, but the closure needs to be glass as well. I am worried if the bottle topples over, it’ll leak.

    Lightweight oil that is moisturizing

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Biotin and Multi-Peptide oil is lightweight and quite moisturizing in fact. Has a fresh, light scent. If used as directed, 2-3 drops, the bottle should last quite a long time. I didn’t use on my scalp due to having seborrheic eczema but I did use it on top of my finished twists to add some moisture after using the Rosemary Strengthening Oil from Shea Moisture while twisting. I could feel it on my hair the following day but due to its lightweight nature, it wasn’t that greasy as heavier oils normally are.
