customer service zero.
delayed shipping, and when they delay they go off the initial shipping date to say you cant cancel the order. no reason for the delay. now i have to buy the item elsewhere, and since i cant cancel an order that has not shipped i have to return it in store. This among other thungs with this store is probably why they will go out of business or start closing stores. They dont fix the real problems. When i called the agent, the answer was yep sorry to bad return it to the store when you receive the item. Had to rate the item to proceed. The item i dont have so the rating is not really valid, the rating is for the customer service and stating when an item will arrive then they delay, even though i have a date later i still dont know if ill recieve it then, mind you they have not charged my card, so i dont know why they cant cancel. guess they figure i wont take the time to return it, i will return and will no longer shop at this store.

Ordered these for my kitchen to protect poreclain floor tiles from being chipped by dropped plates and utensils. Upon receiving the puzzle mats one box was damaged another box had mats without a wrapper and lots of cat hair. Contacted ProsourceFit and they immediately sent replacements. Only downside was that the tile colors varied slightly in a couple of the boxes. I would still recommend especially for their price and service as the color variation didn't bother me that much.

The color of all 3 matched as expected and the assembled quite easily. been working out on them for the past few weeks no fatigue and no slip helps. I would recommend buying these matts.

Great exercise mats for my homegym
We have purchased mats from prosourcefit earlier as well and they are really good for the price. They fit well on the floor and while the grip is not great, its still a enough to workout without losing your balance. They also have great customer service as they were able to help with one of the mats we ordered which didnt fit to an existing one.

The product is extremely strong to the abuse I am putting it through, especially holding up to the weight placement. Yes, it does have indents where a piece of equipment was, however, it bounces back after some time. For the money, great product.

Good option for aerobics/ Jazzercise routines
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got 24 square feet originally but then order and additional 24 to give me more room and to keep the pad from “walking.” 3/4 inch thick is perfect over hardwood or low pike carpet to give you a “danceable surface” that keeps your knees from aching! The entire 48 sq feet stays together with no tripping. The only problem is that it moves around a bit when in use. (Probably the chasses side to side drag it under foot because we do it in tennis shoes)). For an hour routine, I have to tug it back to it’s starting place a few times because my space is limited and the pad wants to walk up under nearby furniture. In an hour long routine, it can move about 8-12 1 ft in two directions if you don’t tug it back into place. It doesn’t move enough to be dangerous while you are dancing— just enough to be a little aggravating.

Perfect floor solution

These puzzle pieces fit together beautifully and create a supportive and comfortable floor for aerobics, weight training, and stretching. Price was fabulous and speed of shipping was excellent! We bought the grey color, which is very nice in our home.
