Love the rocking chairs but I gave it 4 stars because one of the chairs was missing the hardware pack. I contacted the seller and they shipped a replacement hardware pack very fast so it was nice of them to resolve it instead of having to pay for the screws myself.

I am so happy with this furniture. It's sturdy and beautiful. It's also very comfortable. The instructions were easy and I was able to do it myself at 64 years old! They provided the tools necessary and all parts were there. Nothing negative to say.
