Love the rocking chairs but I gave it 4 stars because one of the chairs was missing the hardware pack. I contacted the seller and they shipped a replacement hardware pack very fast so it was nice of them to resolve it instead of having to pay for the screws myself.

I am so happy with this furniture. It's sturdy and beautiful. It's also very comfortable. The instructions were easy and I was able to do it myself at 64 years old! They provided the tools necessary and all parts were there. Nothing negative to say.

Shipping was quick. The product was easy to assemble. The HIPS material is great. No maintenance and it does not get too hot to sit on when it is out in the sun all day.
