Q: Not sure what I’m doing wrong, but how do you refill it? I got the lid off popped off easily, but there is nowhere to pour the soap…

A: Hi - Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your interest in Bubble Soap Pump. To refill a bubble soap pump, first remove the pump from the container. Then, pour in about 1/5 to 1/3 of liquid soap. Fill the rest of the container with water, leaving some space at the top. Swirl or shake gently to mix. Happy Shopping!! - Emma

It's a cute and simple design for a soup pump. Seems to be easy to fill and sleep cleaning. I do find it difficult to use, it takes several pushes to get soap to come out. May work better with soap that foams.

Difficult to remove top to fill soap, and is very difficult to pump the soap out and comes out disproportionately every time. Used this for my child’s bathroom and they could hardly use it.

It’s a cute style and looks adorable in the bathroom. The function of it, however is not impressive but it squirts some soap out. Usually have to pump twice to get a “full” amount of soap. But, if that sort of thing doesn’t bother you then it’s no big deal. I’m not sure if it works with liquid soap, I bought this because it says it’s compatible with foam soap.

Even with reading the other reviews, this pump was a struggle to figure out how to get it open. Now that I have it figured out, it is easier to maintain. But I'm worried that it won't last long. The design is neat and I love that it is for foaming soap.

Simple design. Pretty big for the bathroom but holds a lot of soap. I was able to make my own mix with 1/3 soap and 2/3 water, seems to work pretty well. The top is very difficult to get off, especially when the pump is wet. Had to use a butter knife to get it off, it’ll probably be damaged at some point but that’s the only way I could remove it to refill.

This bubble soap pump is cute as well as functional. The pump is wide and depresses easily, dispensing the perfect amount of soap. My only concern is that it’s plastic instead of ceramic. It works great!

This looks a little cheap, but would be great for kids. I did not like the way the top comes off for filling. When you pull the pump the pump comes off but you still have to get the “base” of the pump out.

The soap dispenser is opaque so it is very difficult to determine how much soap is left. I like the push button. The nozzle looks like it will get gummed up. Not a good looking soap dispenser. Cheap plastic.

This is a cool looking soap dispenser. However I don’t love it. It’s a bit chunkier than I had hoped for. It’s also not easy to open, felt like I was breaking it just to get it open to fill it with soap.

Love this foaming hand soap dispenser! It was purchased for our kids' bathroom and has a nice, wide top that is perfect for little hands to encourage independence. Be aware that it is for foaming soap only and works very well with it - reviewers who rated it poorly based on dispensing abilities may have used the wrong kind of soap. The only strange thing about it is that the top needs to pulled off for it to be opened and it could lead to leakage when the container is closed; it would have been nicer with a screw top. However, I would 100% buy this again, and am contemplating purchasing another for a separate bathroom, but wish it came in different colors.

The top is hard to take off. I use this in my kitchen to house the dish washing liquid. I can’t take the top off to refill it , it’s stuck. But I love the design. I’ll have my hubbie try to take it off.

These are cute, but that's about it. One broke within a few weeks. When I refilled the others, for some reason the soap spills over when you put the lid back on. It does this regardless of the level I refill it. It didn't do this when I originally filled the dispensers. Just when refilling them. It wastes a lot of soap.

Cute pump that I thought would go well in my kid's bathroom. I was able to open it the first time to put soap into, but can't get it open again to refill. It's like it has suctioned shut. The next step is to try to use a butter knife or flat screwdriver to pop the cap off but who wants to do that each time to refill.
