Poor Quality
The quality is extremely lacking for a twenty dollar product. This is more like five dollars worth. The paint is all over the place to say the least. The rubber used for the head is misaligned as well, and has created a weird ledge along the bottom of the face. Just disappointed, it's not like I can return it after it is opened!

Super cute but the price hike is insane. I last bought one for $10.29 and now they are $20.99. I will be ending my collection with the three I have (tuxedo sam, kuromi, my melody). With the possibility of getting duplicates there is no point in trying for more.

Buyer Beware Unless You Only Want Hello Kitty
I LOVE Sanrio and omg surprise so I was super excited for these… and they’re really amazing and detailed. Each one is completely unique, with diff designs for their bags and bottles. My issue is that the assortment could be a lot better. I think I’ve gotten Hello Kitty 12 times, from 3 different retailers, too. I’ve gotten Pudding 3 times; the other two I have I only got once each… It’s insane how I’ve purchased ~15 balls but only gotten 4 diff dolls. Def one of the worst OMG surprise doll collections in terms of that. I don’t even mind repeats of these, but after getting the exact same one more than 6 times, I’m getting really frustrated.

Hit the nail on the head!
Finally LOL is hitting all their pitches. For so long there were so many issues with quality control (crappy paint jobs, loose heads, plastic clothes tore easily), excess packaging (still some of that…do better) and vast discrepancies in desirability of dolls (so many of the older ones were not age appealing or just plain weird). I always felt like fans could do a better job. It looks like you’ve been hiring some fans to work for you because so many of the new ones are just darling and much better made. These Sanrio characters are spot on. I got Kitty and Purin so far and I am going to keep collecting because I am so impressed. As a child of the 80s and 90s I can attest these are perfection.

We have never had this happen before. We received two as a gift, and then bought two more from the store. 1 was Kuromi and the other 3 were Pompompurin--which is wild since that one is marked as "rare" on the sheet.

Cute but item was incomplete
These are so cute but I was disappointed on how it arrived. It did not have the plastic wrap on so right away I knew it was bad news. When opened I could see some of the items were missing. I went ahead and opened it that not only were half the items missing, but it also had the outfit for a different doll. I got this as a gift so I was very disappointed in Target for this.
