Not to be dramatic but these are saving my life. I’m in my early 30’s and have low bone density and need to seriously increase my protein and calcium intake. I also am lactose intolerant and have celiac disease so these could not be more perfect to me. They taste amazing and the consistency is exactly what I want in a yogurt drink.
