    Not properly packaged for as heavy as it was.

    I was really excited to get this item. I’m turning my extra bedroom into an exercise room. I get the box in there. My daughters boyfriend was putting the stand together while I was taking the weights out of there individual bags. I was missing a 3 Ilb weight and the stand had a couple of pieces broken off. The box was beat up when I got it but it was super taped up so I did not think too much of it. Now looking back it was mishandled for as heavy as it was and must have broken and a weight fell out. They put it back together by taping it up, but did not realize that a weight had fallen out and because it was mishandled the stand broke. It is a very cheap stand, but the weights were good quality, and the grip felt good but now I have to return it because the stand is broken and a weight is missing. I took a picture for the return and then put it in the box. It did not think about taking a picture for the review and because it was in the app it didn’t save to my photos.

    Beware of repackaged merchandise

    the weights are what's expected, the packaging however was horrible. You could tell that it had been returned because of the excessive taping and the inside boxes were ripped up. On top of that, as I was putting the plastic rack( very poor) I noticed one side of the rack was cracked about an inch from the bottom up. I had already started assembling and there was no way absolutely put it back in the already torn up box. The quality of weights is nice, the stand is not of decent quality. Repackaging of the returned item should have been much better as well as the inspection of the item returned. I'll refuse the box if it's in bad shape next time.

    Weight Set is Great... After you Set it Up.

    Purchased the 50-Pound Dumbbell Set with Rack Stand for 5, 8, and 12-Pound Dumbbells. The weights are great and the stand is sturdy. My only complaint is with setting the stand up. The instructions are okay but the setup required a couple tools, like allen wrench, not included in the set. We happened to have the proper tools but some people may not. The instructions don't indicate tools needed, either.

    Horrible seller on target

    Second item I ordered from this company. First was missing the stand. Second missing 2 pairs of dumbbells. Called the company who basically said they wouldn't help, call Target. Never will buy anything from this seller again. Really deserves zero stars.
