Great Flavor
This is a really good peanut butter bar and I like this version with the chocolate chips better than the other peanut butter bar with the chocolate coating. This isn't super sweet which is good, I could eat one for breakfast or a little snack.

The taste is delicious—the biggest plus is that it is not very sweet. It has real seeds in it, etc. My 1 yr old daughter even likes it too and can’t resist asking me for some when I open one. It is true in protein richness because it truly does help give you a boost and temporarily quiet your hunger. It has helped me a lot at night during pregnancy when I get a random hunger urge at 4 AM. I’m able to eat one and go back to sleep until later in the morning. It’s also not ultra super processed or ultra filled with seed oils the same way other protein bars are. It’s a good protein snack pick-me-up overall

Every day...
These Aloha bars have been my breakfast every day for the last 4+ years. It goes without saying (but I'll say it anyway) that the taste and flavor of this bar is amazing. But the payoff is the delivery of protein and the boost I need to start my day. I've tried...probably 10 or 12 other brands over the last 10-15 years. For me, Aloha doesn't mean goodbye - it means, "here to stay."
