This was a Christmas gift. It works well with short stubble for those who are using it on their head. Nice and clean. For those with slightly longer than five o’clock shadow, you’ll need to run it over your head several times. To those who claim they didn’t know it was battery operated, it clearly states that on the back of the box. It ok.

I bought this shaver because my Barber uses another similar model with 2 heads and that thing is an absolute lawn mower when it comes to taking down longer stubble on the neck and by the sideburns. I tend to only shave once every few days, so I have longer stubble. This shaver doesn't work all that well in that role. It would probably be fine for someone who shaves every morning and only has short hair to knock down, but for me it misses lots of hairs. Even if I go back over the areas that came out with lots of missed hairs it will not take the longer ones. Too bad, i like the design and how it takes removeable batteries.

Battery powered
It's works. The only thing I didn't like is that NOWHERE does it say it's battery powered. You need 2 AA batteries to run the machine. It is NOT rechargable. It performs ok its just super dated with the battery usage.

Razor
It’s great. But while I was shaving my neck the foil separated from the machine. I was able to put it back, but didn’t like the fact that it was this easy to separate and I have really fine hair.

Great tool
This is a great tool for detailing the neck and getting an extra close shave without a razor. Highly recommend
