Beautiful ans easy to install

Spent 4 hours putting this together with my son. Read instructions carefully and did step by step just to get to the part where the drawers get put in and the wheels don't stay on tracks. Have reread instruction on that step multiple times and tried to adjust things to make it work. Even had a handy man come to fix it and he couldn't either. Faulty parts. So, now I have 2 open spaces where the drawers should go and the drawers are going to the dump. Very disappointed with this product.

Bed broke within a week of having it. Boards separated and drawer got stuck and the only way to get it out broke it right in half. Biggest waste of money and you can even return it.

I was looking for a bed that didn't have cam screws and when I realized this bed did I wanted to cancel my order but they give no refunds..the bed came with damaged corners and the frame is not sturdy

It went together easily. The finish looks like walnut. Bought a Sauder headboard, also walnut finish, and they look great together!

I got this bed frame in July for a small space bedroom in need of extra storage. Assembled it to the exact instructions. Within one week, one of the drawers was breaking, both drawers weren't staying on their tracks, and the cam screws that secure the bed frame together were coming apart. 10 days after assembly, the wheels on one of the drawers had completely fallen apart, the back of the drawer was coming disconnected from the sides and middle bracket, and the bottom was falling out of place…I have stopped using that drawer as a result. It is now October and the other drawer has completely broken, with the bottom of it falling out, the screw holding side of the bed frame to the headboard has BROKEN THROUGH THE PRESSED WOOD, and neither of the tracks stay on their place. Mind you, I have maybe 5 lbs worth of stuff in each drawer. While this bed frame is aesthetically pleasing, the materials are very cheap and insecure. I have to fasten the hidden cams and cam screws down on a weekly basis. Bottom line, save your money and invest it in something that might be fully functional for more than 7 days.

Impressed with the super fast shipping. This bed is perfect for our sons bedroom and works and fits the space wonderfully. Love the walnut finish and that the bed isnt made with those cheap slats to support the mattress. Only gave 4 stars because the drawers could have had better assembly instructions and they arent super sturdy. It is nice to have some extra storage space for under the bed and they do work well for extra clothes, just nothing too heavy. We added a headboard and the bed looks very nice assembled.

Very pretty once assembled but 1) it came in SO many pieces and was like the worlds worst puzzle to assemble. Took us half a day of just working on it straight to get it assembled. On top of that, it really doesnt seem to be good quality for the price point. We splurged on it when we moved because we figured it would be a good piece to last us many years. But after two months of sleeping on it, its already broken in multiple spots. Pretty disappointed in this bed

I purchased this product as a guest bed for my spare room and to give me some extra storage. The extra storage is great, but the drawers have a divider in the middle, so you can't put anything long (like wrapping paper) in them. Also, when purchasing a mattress, get low profile box springs or skip them altogether. I'm currently using low profile box springs, and it makes the mattress a little high. I wouldn't use the box springs for elderly guests. The bed frame is also very heavy, so I wouldn't plan on moving it.

As always, Sauder packs all the pieces snug and well packed, shipped faster than the given arrival date, relatively easy to put together, and solid quality. My only criticism for this platform bed is that the actual bed is much darker in reality than the one pictured, so you may want to get the Tandoori Mango or another color choice if that is a deal breaker for you! Overall worth the price!

It was easy to put together and I love the way the pieces are packed and labeled. It makes it very easy to stay organized in assembly. This is my third piece of furniture from Sauder and I love every piece.
