    Got this because they were out of the Dove brunette dry shampoo and regretted my decision!! It leaves dark brown coloring on your fingers, ears and forehead that is hard to get off - I had to redo the makeup on my forehead because I couldn't get the brown powder off. Get Dove instead!

    Great for your hair, bad for your bathroom

    I haven't bought this dry shampoo in a long time and was a little taken back by how much the price increased. I used to buy it for under $4. I went ahead and tried it anyways. It does work very well and the dark color is perfect for my hair. However, one issue I didn't consider is that the dark spray will also cover your entire bathroom. So be prepared to do some extra cleaning. I'm not sure if the dark color is worth the extra work. I think the regular white dry shampoo can be blended well enough and make my bathroom look dirty.

    Strong dislike!!!

    It literally sprays dark everywhere!!! Do not use when wearing a light colored shirt. Sprays on your face if you don’t cover your face. Leaves dark spray all over the bathroom counter and every where around. I tried it a several times to give it a chance. I ended up throwing it away because I dislike it so much!!

    I had no idea that this product is color depositing! I sprayed it on and let it dry, and went to brush it out with my fingers and wound up covered in brown product. It also smudged all over my forehead (right after I finished my makeup). 0/10 don’t recommend.

    Not your mother's FAIL

    I have used this brand for years so when they came out with the dark hair version, I was excited. However, not only does it leave brown residue and does not reduce oily hair, it made my scalp ITCH terribly. Then, clumps of my hair started to come out after use. This is not your mother's anything, and a big FAIL! I do not recommend. Stick with the old formula.

    It leaves such dark residue on your hair. When I scratch my head my fingers came away dark. The first time I washed my hair after using this it literally looked like I was washing a gallon of dirt, the run off was so dark and dirty.

    Looks great and smells great!

    Works great, adds a lot of volume and it smells fantastic. Surprisingly it makes my hair look great two days in a row even with only one application! It’s perfect for midday refreshers or a lazy day with a quick trip to Target! Only downside is the brown residue that transfers a bit but it is easy to wash away from my hands. The residue is to be expected if you’ve used dry shampoo before but it’s brown because of the tint. Ignore the stars, give it a try!

    The Best Dry Shampoo For Brunettes

    I use this almost every single day, if anything every other day to touch up my hair. This always refreshes my hair and adds so much volume to my roots on wash day. This is one of my favorite dry shampoos i’ve used and I will be repurchasing when I run out!
