Ruined my hair in one use! Never again!
I have thick, healthy hair that can usually take a beating with various treatments or chemicals but whatever in this defeated my hair. I followed the directions, including using it with the Ever Pure glossing shampoo and conditioner. When I was done shampooing and conditioning, my hair felt fine. But once I rinsed the mask out, I was horrified. It felt like I had just over-bleached it and was a giant, tangled mess just from rinsing. I tried combing it through with a wide tooth comb but it was so tangled that I couldn’t make a dent in it. I wound up shampooing my hair again (just in case any of it was still there) and conditioning A LOT with a different brand. After that, I still had to use a ton of product just to make it manageable- detangling spray (mine plus the kids because one wasn’t enough), multiple leave in conditioners, serums, and hair oil. (Thankfully I have a lot of product because I like to alternate what I use or I might never have combed my hair again). The texture is still awful. It’s like that mask sucked every last drop of moisture out of my hair!! And styling it was worse. I’ve had good results from the L’Oréal Wonder Water lamellar rinse out, which has the same active ingredient, so I expected way better than this- especially with all the rave reviews! I don’t know if I got a defective bottle or something, but I will never ever use this again. If you still want to use it, I’d recommend that you test it on a small section of your hair first to be safe. Proceed with caution!!

I used this mask after shampoo & conditioner, left it on for 5 minutes then rinsed out, blow dry my hair and this made my hair so soft and smooth. Did not weigh down my hair. Static Hair
Each time I use this product my hair is full of static and almost impossible to style. I’m a huge L’Oreal fan and have enjoyed all their products up until now. Very disappointed in this particular hair care product.

Doesnt work at all
Tried it multiple times and followed directions. Even left it longer one time just to see. It makes your hair drier after conditioner like it takes out the conditioner is how it feels. Left no shine or gloss. Would not buy again or recommend.

Great hair mask for low cost!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This line was so nice for my naturally curly hair and made my curls pop! I have low porosity and fine hair making some products difficult to absorb into my hair and do its magic, but this worked beautifully. The scent is pretty strong but thought it smelled very nice and fresh. It made my hair smooth, shiny, and soft without weighing it down.

Shiny, soft...stinky
I think this product ultimately does what it claims but…it does it with a lot of fragrance. The floral/rose scent is overwhelming and lingers once hair is dry. I wish product descriptions incuded fragrance notes because while I like how my hair looks and feels (very shiny, very soft and I air dried and my waves were full of volume), I’m not sure I will re-purchase.

Soft and silky
Equivalent to the box dye conditioner that makes your hair feel so nice. Smells really good, normally scents are too strong for me but it was light. Made my hair so silky in and out of the shower. My hair wasn't frizzy like normal once it was dry. 2 days later it is still soft. Lacking on the gloss part but my hair is somewhat more shiny than normal so that's always a plus!
