I have been drinking Amazing Grass for over 10 years. I went back to the wheat grass for the alkalinity and taste. Flavors are wonderful also, yet I love the results of their family grown wheat grass. The nutrient content is incredible compared to a wheat grass shot grown too quickly. Farm grown over the winter.

I am an IBS-D sufferer and I recently started taking tca antidepressants which are great but make me very groggy. I can't have any caffeine so I've been having this powder in the afternoons to give me an energy boost. I like the way I feel after I drink a glass so I will keep using it. Haven't noticed any difference in bm (which is good). Good product.
