Space Saver with Relative Ease of Assembly.
We need to sleep 3 grandchildren in a small room. This bed isn't overwhelming the room space with bulkiness and was fairly easy to assemble. It is a plus that it is real wood and I feel fairly comfortable that it is not to going to spew toxins into the room. The shipping is quick. The directions are relatively simple. I'm pleased with is purchase.

Love the bunk beds with trundle
This bunk bed set is built to handle kids. Great construction. Directions were very clear and easy to follow. Our grandkids love sleeping on these and with the trundle they can all sleep together in one room. Great value.

Fantastic Bunk
We are so happy with our purchase. The bunk bed is so sturdy and such a great design. There is enough head space on the bottom bunk for an adult to sit up without hitting their head on the bunk above. Having a third bed with the trundle is just what we needed for our space. We purchased 6 inch memory foam mattresses on Amazon and they fit great. We did add a bunkie board under all three beds and it makes it just right. Without the board, we could feel the slats when sitting down on the beds. Would highly recommend this bed if you are looking for a bunk bed that is attractive and strong enough to sleep adult size bodies as well as kids.

Arrived quickly with a few
Arrived quickly with a few days of order. I found the directions confusing at first but my husband knew exactly how to read them. All the parts were there. Nothing missing. Went together very easy following the instructions. Looks exactly as pictured. Very sturdy. Nice finish on bed. Trundle works great. Rolls easily. Grand kids loved it. All three slept very well.

Very unstable, would not suggest more than 75-100lbs per sleep surface
We chose this bunkbed after reading many reviews across different retailers. We needed a bunkbed that could support adult weight and would be solid and sturdy. After being convinced by specifications calling out 400lbs per sleep surface and reading reviews specifically calling out sturdiness, I was very disappointed to find this bunkbed lacks stability. When an older kid climbs to the top bunk you can see it swaying. The top support bar bows with very little pressure applied. The twin over twin feels like it could tip over if a heavier person is on the top bunk and had too much weight to one side. This bunkbed is largely made of 1” thick wood, I wish I had known that as you will never get a solid, stable bunkbed supported only by 1” wood. If you are looking for something very sturdy, durable and stable that can support weights over 75lbs I cannot suggest this product. The assembly was straightforward. I enjoy building things so while it takes time (1 1/2-2 hours), it was an easy assembly with great instructions.

Sturdy
Great bunkbed. I don't have any mattresses yet so I don't know how the slat system will work. It has a metal beam down the center with 7 slats crossing the beam. The slats are screwed into the siderails. The bed feels very stable.

Good and Not So Good
This is an average of two different scores for the bunk and the trundle. The bunk, I give 4 stars. It feels pretty sturdy, and looks great. My son and I both wish that it came with some type of velcro-adhered fabric covering to conceal the less than aesthetically pleasing underside of the top bunk. Biggest gripe is that we've had it assembled in in use for less than a month, and there is already a very noticeable portion of the gray stained finish missing as if it chipped off. I'm going to need to get the stain specs so that we can repair it. I also ordered the trundle drawer to use for light storage. This product, I'd give 2 stars. It functions terribly for a two reasons: 1. There is no track or side bar to keep the casters in a straight line when the trundle is in motion, so whenever we close the trundle, it hits one side or the other of the bed frame corner. 2. The casters don't raise the trundle much at all, so it's incredibly hard to pull out on our berber carpet - too much effort for my 6-year-old, and honestly too much for this pregnant mom. Perhaps they're also casters designed for hard flooring instead of carpeted flooring. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll have to request a refund, which I hope is an option.
