BISSELL CrossWave Omniforce Edge Wet Dry Vacuum 3930 12" Cleaning Path Black: Cordless, Pet Hair Pick Up, Self-Cleaning, 30 Min Run Time

Worst vaccum ever. My husband instist me to buy this for our home because we have 1 year old child but totally waste of money vaccum i can not even use it one day in a week it always gets different errors. Even if i deep clean everytime all of the parts of vaccum still it doesn’t work. Everyday we both regreting our purchase.

I bought the model 3933 bundle and this machine does a great job cleaning our tile floors. I especially like that it has the Edge Cleaning Roller that gets right up to the bas board, where my other floor cleaners leave about an inch and a half dirty area that they couldn’t get. This machine is a great improvement.

I started with the original Crosswave in 2017, which I loved so much, but this new, improved version blows the old one out of the water! It's like they took the old one and fixed all the little nit picky complaints I had about it - the gap, the awkward and messy cleaning tray among other things, and made it absolutely perfect. The cleaning power is amazing and I LOVE not having the gap by the baseboards and edges! I have a Husky and she sheds her body weight in hair, but this is no problem for the Crosswave! It finds hair that I didn't even notice before. Taking apart the innards to clean is also improved - the pieces just go back together more smoothly than the old one. The automatic cleaning cycle is amazing - just pour the fresh start solution in the tray and push the button! I was initially disappointed with the battery life, but then I realized that I had it on high-power mode for almost 40 minutes straight before it died, and that didn't seem too unreasonable to me. I have yet to use the battery to completion in the mid-power mode (which cleans just fine!); I take that as a good sign that the battery life is as advertised. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this product. Cleaning is fun again! :)

Love It!! Our house is all Luxuary vinyl laminate flooring. it has never been this clean. Vacuum is great. I use it in my socks and yes they are damp when done but not alot of excess water. Floors are so clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is without a doubt, the best floor cleaner I've ever owned. It's cordless and very easy to use. I was able to do my kitchen and dining area using only 20% of a full charge. I first vacuumed and then cleaned it all with the same cleaner. I also used it on a couple of spots on area rugs too.The edge cleaner does such a great job.

However, the 1/2 plastic piece that is used to attach the roller left a 1/2 inch area that was not cleaned and left a 1/2 inch void in the wet feature. This resulted in streaks. Additionally the edge technology did not work. There was a large gap at my baseboards again leaving streaks when mopping. I had to return and pay for a return label even though the machine didn't work. Very dissapointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on my vinyl floors to vacuum and mop. It picked up a lot of the debris and cleaned the floors pretty well. There were a couple parts where there was a stubborn stain that the mop did not get. I would say good for light cleaning. But very easy to use and super light and saves time.

This vacuum is absolutely amazing! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum. I would have to say that after using this vacuum I won't buy a different brand. The way it is so easy to clean, sucks up the dirt so well, gets against the baseboards, and mops extremely well! This is a must have essential for your household!!

Let me just say - the Bissell CrossWave OmniForce Edge is a total lifesaver! We received this through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My husband and I have two golden retrievers (translation: an endless supply of hair), and this machine has completely transformed how we clean. Between the carpet and hardwoods, our floors were basically a fur-covered disaster zone - but not anymore! First off, the build quality is top-notch - you can tell this thing is made to last. It's super easy to navigate between surfaces, and switching from carpet to hardwood is effortless. Plus, it's so intuitive to use that I didn't even have to crack open the manual (a win in my book). The amount of dirt and hair it pulled up was honestly shocking - I thought my floors were relatively clean until I saw the dirty water tank (yikes). And speaking of the tank, emptying it is a breeze - no messy splashes or frustration like I've had with other machines. The self-cleaning roller? Incredible. It cleans and dries itself in the tray, which is miles better than similar models. The only tiny gripe I have is that the mop could use more saturation - I found myself having to go over some areas a little slower and more often. But honestly, the results are so good that it's worth the extra patience. If you've got pets and mixed flooring, this is an absolute must-have. My house hasn't felt this clean in ages - 10/10, highly recommend!

Where has this product been all of my life!? It's been a game changer at our house! My overall first impression was how nice it looked. I really like both the look and the design. As a busy mom of two, I find myself constantly having the clean up crumbs and spills ALL day long; especially under our island bar stools. It's so convenient being able to vacuum AND mop both all at the same time. Not only did I use this product on our laminate floors, but it worked extremely well on our rugs too! And the best part?! The self cleaning mode! With just a simple push of a button, it cleans the roller brush for you. Afterwords, all you have to do is remove the brush and put it on the tray to dry - and you're done! It is a little bit on the noisy side, but it doesn't bother me too much. I've always been really good at keeping up with cleaning my floors. But this product truly opened my eyes at how much dirt is usually still left behind from my previous mop. The dirty water left behind in the tank is so disgusting yet satisfying all at the same time! Works great , easy to use and it saves time

I was so excited for this model. My complaints on the old model were the cord and it leaving a 1"gap trying to clean floors. While the gap isn't nearly as big, the brush is so useless. I truly didn't even think about it while looking at all the models. They say it's multi surface, so I assumed the brush would be similar to the other styles. But no, it's just a soft brush, no stiff bristles. I just don't feel like it's doing any cleaning on the rugs with that brush. It also would pick up a dried spot mess (less than 1/4" big) because it had no scrubbing power. I figured I could just order a different style brush on their website, but nope! They don't have one that's compatible. Please come out with a better brush for this machine Bissell!

This is the worst Bissell mop vac I've ever owned. I've only used it 5 times. It's clean and suction is good when tested. I had a cheaper older version that was great but it quit working after a year. I bought this to get water off the floor from my dogs but the Omni force only minimally suctions water going forward and not all going backwards. it automatically dispenses cleaner so my floors are more wet than when I started. Very disappointing. The older crosswave had a trigger and my floors looked polished and felt so clean after. Unable to return it as I discarded the box.
