    Great vacuum but parts are extremely hard to obtain and extremely expensive

    I would have given this vacuum five stars if it was easier to find additional rollers and filters. I have had this vacuum for 3 months and the filter and roller need to be changed. No matter how often I wash the roller and let it dry, it leaves dirty water behind and a dirty smell. The filter also looks dirty and cannot be washed, only brushed. I couldn’t find these parts anywhere. I had to contact customer service and after emails back and forth, they are informing me that each piece is $20!!!! Other Tineco vacuums have pieces readily available online for a much better price. Unfortunately, I this issue doesn’t make this vacuum worth purchasing.

    Terrible

    I’m not sure how this product is getting such high reviews. I thought I had done my research, but this machine is terrible. It leaves streaks so bad on every type of floor I have tried it on. I am so disappointed that I wasted so much money. If I could take it back I would.

    Requires a lot of maintenance and does a subpar job

    I love the idea of this machine but it doesn't do a great job at cleaning the floors. My biggest complaint however, is that it's very difficult to clean the device itself and if you don't keep all the parts clean then it will develop mildew. For all the effort I put into cleaning the machine after using it, I would actually save time if I just swept and mopped the floor separately.

    Save your money and pass on this model

    This is the 2nd Tineco I’ve owned and while I loved my previous one (except for it no longer holding a charge after 2.5 years), this newer model was terrible. Anyone who rates it as good must not have ever had a hard floor cleaner. It leaves really noticeable streaks no matter what you do (the wheels leave the streaks ), the dirty floor sensor does not work, it’s too “tall” and won’t go under the lip of cabinets and it left my floors dirty. The video is me cleaning the floor with a regular mop after using the Tineco. And we regularly clean the floors so it’s not weeks of dirt buildup. Save your money and look for another model.

    I love that this has a self propel and self cleaning feature. Those 2 features alone are fantastic. However, when using this it leaves lines all over your floors once dry that make your floors look dirty. I also after using this did a wet paper towel test and found that the floor was still dirty. Even after passing over the same section multiple times. For the money I do feel it should do better than it does. Love the idea of it, that it could potentially cut mopping time down, however I just dont think this one makes the cut.

    Waste of money

    I did not like the fact that with the vacuum I could not get through small spaces. So I saw myself using the vacuum and also the broom to get through the small spaces. So it really defeated the purpose of letting go of a broom to use a vacuum.

    Dont waste your money on this one.

    The instructions say to change the filter and roller brush every three months, but you cannot buy a filter or roller brush anywhere for this model. I contacted customer service and they were going to send me a replacement roller brush since I was still under warranty, but this was about two weeks ago I have not received anything yet. How did it not been for this my rating would've been five stars.

    Does what it intended to do!

    Takes the effort out of vacuuming before mopping. My only complaint is it leaves streaks across my LVP floor, even with overlapping passes.

    Defective charging

    I received this and immediately set it up to fully charge after reading the manual. The cycling lights indicated that it was charging, however, it kept stopping after about 8-10 minutes and went straight to dark. The manual said the lights should continue to cycle as it charges for about 5 hours until one solid green light indicates full charge for 5 minutes before turning off. That never happened. When picked up and placed back on the charging dock, the green lights would start cycling again, then shut off completely after about 8-10 minutes. I ended up returning it for a replacement, only to have another that did the same thing. But this time I decided to use the product first, then try recharging it. That didn’t change anything. However, I was very pleased with it when it worked. It cleans floors really well! I loved it. But it’s defective. I left it on thw charging dock even after the lights turned off after 8-10 minutes. It appeared to fully charge overnight even with the lights not indicating. But there’s no way to know if anything else is wrong and the battery will fail sooner than it should. I returned it for a full refund. It’s a shame that a good product had a defective lot. I ended up buying a Shark instead, and from Amazon and not Target.

    Used it the day I got it, of course after the required charge time, and we loved it! I loved how it vacuumed and mopped at the same time. I haven’t played around with the settings, but the initial setting was easy to use and was very durable. One thing I noticed with my real hardwood floors was at certain angles you could see streaks from the cleaning solution (if you know, you know), but wasn’t sticky on the floors so I can work with it!

    mop and vacuum

    i bought this product and when i got it home it was a box that had been taped up. i didn't see it right away because it was put in my back seat when i picked it up. Then i opened it and I noticed that it had been opened up. i began looking inside and on the roller it was filled with dog hair. it was totally disgusting. i was very disappointed in the service from Target. they did replace it with a new one but said oh yes sometimes they don't check before putting the product back on the shelf. That was sad to hear that.

    Must Have Vacuum Mop!!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tineco GO H2O HammerHead MessDetect has made cleaning my fooors so much easier and, honestly, enjoyable! It automatically senses when an area of my home needs more attention/suction and will adjust I am mopping. My floors always end up looking freshly cleaned without all of the extra effort I used to have to put forth from using a traditional mop. It’s super lightweight, quiet (perfect for using while my toddler naps), + easy to steer around furniture. The suction is amazing and it dries super fast without leaving streaks!! It is crazy to see all of the dirt that it picks up (so satisfying). Cleaning feels much easier now and I am obsessed! It is definitely worth it in my opinion!

    The Smartest Vacuum I’ve Ever Owned!

From the intuitive settings on the vacuum, to the floor mop functionality, I can't believe it's taken me so long to try a wet/dry mop vac! It is for sure powerful, so you don't really have to lead it where you want it to go. It pulls you in the right direction, making it easier on your hand/arm. My floors have truly never been cleaner! The cleaning solution for the mop function comes with it, so you're ready to use it right out of the box. It also comes charged, so you don't have to waste any time charging it before using it. The setup was insanely easy - we put it together in under 5 minutes. My husband and I both tried it out numerous times since receiving it, and we are both super impressed. We are now very much Tineco fans!!! :) What a great invention.
