    Spend over $700+ Charging station didnt work after a few months use. TINECO replaced refurbished didnt work (multiple tims) Horrible customer svc. You supposed co stand by it products NOT Tineco. Poor charging Poor vacuum Poor wet cleaning and suction. On top of this they took my vacuum in and discarded after I paid for it and send in to fix so they can't fixed it they kept it. Lol! Love to get an attorney referral!

    It worked great. But the smell is terrible. No matter how much you stay on top of maintaining the parts. It isair-tightight machine that deals with water. It's going to get mold. Customer service didn't even want to hear it. Completely took a part of the mop to clean it. The smell is still there.

    I absolutely love this! I can vacuum and mop my floors in about 10 to 15 minutes every day…that’s the whole house. It’s so easy and the floors look beautiful now I have to figure out what to do with my swifter and my mops. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Need to keep my vacuum for the carpet/rugs. Life just got easier and cleaner!

    Very torn

    Just finished using this for the first time and I’m very torn on whether or not I will end up keeping it. For some background, our cleaning company was just here last week and I thought this might be a nice way to keep floors clean between monthly visits. It has been raining all weekend and with two dogs I was sure the floors were in need of some attention. We take our shoes off but paw prints are hard to miss. I was surprised at how dirty the floors were and went over them three times before the water wasn’t turning black anymore. I did two passes with the solution and one with just water. Maybe because of how dirty they were or maybe because of the cleaning solution, it also took three times before I couldn’t see streaks on the floor anymore. I think this is a great little machine if you only have one small area to clean or you have kids and want to clean up spills easily. If you’re looking to do larger areas be warned that you will be stopping every 5 minutes to empty/ refill the water containers and that the battery only lasts 20 minutes. I also couldn’t get the self clean to run until the machine had charged up again. One other downside is that you will still be picking balls of soggy wet hair out of this machine despite the self clean function. I think that’s inevitable for almost any mop machine but if you have issues with that, buy some gloves ahead of time. Overall it seems like it did a nice job of cleaning but I wish the water tanks and battery lasted longer.

    OVER TIME IT GETS SMELLY AND DIRTY I love this vacuum it does the job but over time if you aren’t someone who can’t maintain cleaning it everyday the brush and tank gets really smelly and dirty. Also if you’re from Hawaii and you it breaks or need replacement the company does not ship a new one over.

    You should totally buy one!

    I would say this is top five of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I am a naturally clean person. I have three vacuums, I have a swiffer I have mops. I have everything to just kinda get the job done, and so when I use this product, I wasn’t expecting much to come up off the floor, but when I tell you, the water was literally a grayish black color I mean it. It made my floors, super shiny, everything feels super clean, and it is hefty, but also lightweight, it works well on my hardwood floors. My only negatives that I would have to give it, would be that you really have to know the crevices that hair and debris and water can kind of build up, because if you know those places, then you can fully clean your vacuum, even though it has a self cleaning feature. So I don’t love that. I have to kind of really dig deep for those areas and look for those areas to kind of clean them out, but this vacuum is worth it. Also, my other complaint, even though I think they might have another vacuum that might do this, is that it does not work on my carpeted areas within my hardwood floor house, I have surface rugs, so it’s upsetting that I can’t also use it on my rugs. I was also really glad to have seen it go on sale, I purchased mine for 50% off at the target store, and I have been watching the prices for a while, and that was one of the best deals. Other than that, I really love this vacuum. Like I said one of the best purchases I have ever made.

    Decent vacuum mop

    When this package arrived from Target, it was actually a used/returned item. I had bought it on sale as a gift for the SIL and when she opened it, there was hair stuck in the pipes. Called customer service and was told my SIL would have to bring it into the store, get a gift card, and give me that gift card to purchase again online. What I did not appreciate was that if you use a gift card, you cannot apply the 5% off that originally came with it from using your Target debit card. So I had to repurchase with my debit card to get the 5% off and then use the gift card another time. Other than that ordeal, I own one myself and thought the vacuum mop was okay. The tank is small. I bought the ifloor 2 model when it was on sale and actually prefer the ifloor 2 over the ifloor 3. The ifloor 3's tank/pieces is a bit more difficult to put in place vs the ifloor 2.
