Unfortunately the reviews are correct and this vacuum is absolute garbage. It’ll work ALMOST okay for a few weeks and then it basically just pushes stuff around. Zero suction. You can take it apart and clean it, give it a full charge and it still will basically pretend to suck dog hair until you get angry enough to grab your trusty old plug in vacuum. Don’t waste your time and money, even if it’s on half price. Not worth the gas money back to return it. Major bummer.

Do not buy
Had this for about a year and just went out to buy a new vacuum. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I have 5 area rugs in my home and after deep cleaning the vacuum it still would get clogged by rug #2. Constantly clogs, doesn’t pick up anything. Loses power after 20 minutes. One of the worst vacuums I’ve ever purchased.

I am not a stranger to stick vacuums. This is a terrible design. The power adjuster is right above the spot on the back handle so it will be hit inadvertently when in use . The on off switch is a flimsy plastic lever rhat juts out an will break. The worst crime is that it's a terrible vacuum. It has too little power to really function as a vacuum and will clog on a whim and struggles to suck up much more than hair. I I cannot see how the passed any sort of QA product testing . It fails at its most basic functions.

Don’t waste your money. I used this once and I’m taking it back. A handheld Dustbuster works better and it’s a fraction of the cost. It took me forever in just 2 rooms mainly because the trigger keeps releasing and turning itself off. Complete waste of money.

Underwhelming performance.
After the first few uses, this no longer hasthe same suction as before, even after purchasing new filters(both). If there are any larger bits on my floor, you have to do the pick up and put back down game, or take the head off and just use the handheld portion. On carpet,(i have a ruggable rug) the roller stops and no longer works, so you have to turn the vaccuum off and restart after every pass. If you don't keep the filter changed/clean, it will smell like a toxic waste spill in your home. it was so bad! I try not to use this at all. I'll stick with my Shark. Its bulky, but actually does the job it's supposed to.

Needs CONSTANT deep cleaning
I got this vacuum to quickly pickup dog food and pieces of rock salt/gravel bits that always fall off the bottom of boots and into my kitchen entry throw rugs/mats in winter. It NEEDS to be broken down and thoroughly cleaned at least weekly; it has an inner filter made of cloth inside the metal filter and it gets clogged VERY quickly and the vacuum loses suction. The vacuum will NOT WORK without this filter since it also acts as a plug. It’s easy to clean by washing/rinsing it in the sink but it’s still a pain that it clogs so easily. Also, the vacuum really only picks stuff up in the “turbo” or high setting, if it’s just on “normal” it can’t suck up anything bigger than a dust bunny. It comes with tools but they do not snap to body of the vacuum for storage like other stick vacuums so if I need one it’s not a quick swap. Does not charge by docking it; cord has a little plug that goes into a hole on the vacuum that is right next to a recessed screw hole that is annoying similar. Honestly the cordless stick vac I bought for $40 from T**u that I use in my camper works way better than this vacuum. OK vacuum for what I’m using for but I would only buy it on sale, it’s not worth it at full price.
