I love everything about this vacuum stick. It is lightweight, has lights, a dust bin and attachments. It is not made for seniors! To change the two filters, you need to take it apart and unscrew the 2 very small screws, the reassemble it. It took me 3 days to get it back together. The manual didn't say anything about the screws. I found that out by ordering replacement filters on Amazon.

Dont waste your money.

Bought this vacuum last night as an emergency because I had to throw my Hoover out due a fiberglass issue in my home. Well, let’s just say this vacuum sucks and it’s definitely not worth $180 not even the 130 that I paid because it was on sale. This vacuum is worth maybe 30 to 40 bucks. Suction is horrible and hairs and fibers get tangled in the roller. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have thick carpets. I won’t be returning because I already used it, but I would not recommend it to anyone. I immediately repurchased my OG Hoover that works like a charm. The only reason I gave it two stars is because we’re gonna keep it just to use it for the car and it actually does suck stuff up just not as strong as my Hoover.

Not Worth the $$

I bought this Vacuum and after the first couple of times I used it the door that opens and closes so that you can get the brush roller out of broke and without it on you are not able to use the vacuum cause the roller will not stay in place. I have been going back and forth with the company to try and get another one and they have still not sent me a replacement. Also after the 2-3 time of using it I feel as if it does not pick up at all like it did the first time I used it.

Doesn't Vacuum

Absolutely not a good vacuum. It would not suck anything up and it would spit it out when it would pick up any trash. We purchased this for our office and have had it for a year and have tried everything to make it work. Don’t waste your money. Didn’t work from the beginning
