Q: I was gifted this vacuum and it worked well for about a day. Now the 3 horizontal dots blink red within 1 minute of me starting to vacuum. I made sure it was charged, and checked dust bin & filter.

  • A: There is a blockage somewhere. Could be a hair ball or a piece of paper. Once you get that removed it should work normally

  • A: Mine too, I resolved the issue. When you pull out the filter you'll see in the middle there is an area you can pinch together to pull out the inner filter. Clean it well and it'll work normal again.

  • A: Pull out the orange filter and then inside the canister where all the dirt goes into, push open the rubber tab where the dirt comes into and that’s where the clog is. Guaranteed because after cleaning everything I found it and there was tons of stuff and it worked

    DO NOT BUY SHARPER IMAGE

    DO NOT BUY the hepa filter CANNOT be replaced. Sharper Image Does not respond but refers to a useless third party. the ThreeSixtyGroup.com. The filters cannot be found on line except by a random site for $49 + shipping per filter. or a used one that comes with dust. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! it will burn out the motor if used without a clean filter and will not work with an old washed & dried filter. DO NOT BUY unsupported products that only contribute to our landfill of hazardist waste.

    This vacuum does not stay in its holder when wall mounted. The vacuum has a high frequency / pitched squeal when turned on even on the minimum power setting. I’ve only used the vacuum a handful of times and have already given up on it

    Vacuum

    Love it!! It picked up so much dog hair that was left behind from sweeping. My floor was swept first and then I vacuumed it. I didn’t even know that much dog hair was left after sweeping! It’s lightweight and easy to use. I got mine in purple and I love the color. It makes it fun to use. Great purchase and I will definitely buy it again.

    Would not recommend--doesn't last after 3/4 months

    Does not last after three or so months. I liked it at first since it is agile and light and made vacuuming easy, but then suddenly it stopped charging and is worthless. Get a corded stick vac instead. I've had it too long to return.

    The Vacuum Failed—So Did the Manufacturer and Retailer

    I am extremely disappointed with this vacuum and the entire experience surrounding it. For the first month, it worked like a dream. It had great suction, the battery life seemed decent, and I was genuinely happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. After only about a month, the battery stopped holding a charge, making the vacuum practically useless. What should have been a simple warranty claim turned into an exhausting run-around between the manufacturer and the retailer. Each one pointed me to the other, and neither took responsibility for resolving the issue. I spent far more time trying to get help than I ever did using the vacuum. A product at this price should last much longer than a month, and a warranty should actually provide peace of mind—not endless frustration. The lack of customer service and accountability from both the manufacturer and the retailer has been just as disappointing as the product itself. I would not recommend this vacuum based on my experience. A product is only as good as the company that stands behind it, and in this case, both the manufacturer and the retailer failed. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere if you want a product backed by reliable customer service.
