Q: I was gifted this vacuum and it worked well for about a day. Now the 3 horizontal dots blink red within 1 minute of me starting to vacuum. I made sure it was charged, and checked dust bin & filter.
A: Same issue for me! So frustrating.
submitted byMags7 - 11 months agoA: Pull out the orange filter and then inside the canister where all the dirt goes into, push open the rubber tab where the dirt comes into and that’s where the clog is. Guaranteed because after cleaning everything I found it and there was tons of stuff and it worked
submitted byAutumn - 6 months agoA: Mine too, I resolved the issue. When you pull out the filter you'll see in the middle there is an area you can pinch together to pull out the inner filter. Clean it well and it'll work normal again.

Q: In the description it states the battery will last 40 minutes. Straight out of the box, my battery only lasts 12 minutes. Is this a warrantable if I've had the vacuum less than a month?
A: almost every electronic devise arrives partially charged in the box. You have to give it a full charge

Q: My beater bar won't turn. I'm pretty sure there is hair trapper in the connecting part where the bar clicks in. I can't get that part off to clean it. Any suggestions??
