  • A: Pull out the orange filter and then inside the canister where all the dirt goes into, push open the rubber tab where the dirt comes into and that’s where the clog is. Guaranteed because after cleaning everything I found it and there was tons of stuff and it worked

  • A: Mine too, I resolved the issue. When you pull out the filter you'll see in the middle there is an area you can pinch together to pull out the inner filter. Clean it well and it'll work normal again.

Big mistake buying

Battery doesn’t hold a charge anymore. I purchased less than 6 months ago. When it was “holding a charge” it would hold it for less than 5 min. No one will do anything about it. Absolute waste of my money.

Pretty but not functional

Not good quality. Didn’t even last a year. I gifted this to my daughter and she struggled so much to get it to work. Battery life not long. Hair get stuck easily and you need to take them out almost every after use. It’s not powerful/strong enough to pick up dirt. She just gave up and gave it back to me to return.

Dont buy if

I regret buying this vacuum. Within what did the months I needed to replace the filter aspect of it called they didn’t make replacement filters and was advised to reach out to manufacturer manufacturer said to send an email to another company or their customer service hotline that wasn’t stripper image and that like a year later still haven’t heard from them. The main head broke and I can’t get a replacement head either the vacuum is now on it was to be the kids toy

Batter dies quickly

It’s light, minimalistic, easy to use, but battery dies after using for a few minutes. We got it because of the cordless feature but it’s more work to charge it a million times just to clean one room. I hope I can still return it because I purchased the warranty.
