    don't waste your money

    worked for a couple weeks then it made a weird noise like something big got sucked up. nothing was sucked up and now it wont run more than 15 seconds and it automatically shuts down with a full battery

    Lightweight Vacuum

    Love that this is portable and lightweight. Seems to have a decent suction, but the holding chamber is on the smaller side and the battery tends to die quickly. We feel like we are constantly needing to recharge. It has died multiple times mid vacuuming.

    Love this! Perfect for crumbs and fur!

    I wouldn’t spend $200 on this but it’s absolutely worth $120! We use this every. single. day. in my house. We have 2 dogs and 2 small children so crumbs and fur. All hardwood floors and one low profile rug - it’s better on hard wood floors than it is rugs but it still gets the noticeable stuff. We love it! I sometimes contemplate buying 2 but honestly, why? The battery lasts long enough to get the majority of my house done before it dies. I think it will be fantastic when I clean the dog hair and crumbs from my car - will report back if I’m disappointed. I would NOT buy this for high profile carpet/rugs. We have an old school vacuum for the carpet upstairs.

    TERRIBLE!!!!!

    This vacuum is terrible!! It has no power, battery is only powered for 10 minutes but takes 2 hours to power up. It is way to heavy and hard to lift over my head. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNIT!!!

    Decent suction, has different power levels low medium and high. the low suction will have more battery time. Features I LOVE: Battery is removed from the vacuum to charge Step lever to disconnect vacuum from the brush head. This is such small detail but I love not having to bend down to separate those pieces Has lights so you can see everything that you normally can’t!!

    Works great, but durability concerns.

    I purchased one and was so happy with it that I went back and bought another to keep upstairs. Unfortunately, the recharge port broke on the second one after a little more than two weeks of use. I returned that one and purchased a third unit. I will have to be very careful using the charger cord with both vacuums. I am very happy with how these vacuums work and how light they are and I am hopeful that I won’t have any further issues.

    Bissell cordless stick vacuum made for Target nice design, but the battery to the cordless vacuum works less than 25 minutes at a time!!!

    Week battery only locked of 25 minutes at a time when vacuuming after that you have to charge for an hour!

    Do NOT buy. Save your money.

    Good in the sense that it is lightweight and cordless. Bad in the sense that it doesn’t do the ONE thing a vacuum should do. My gosh is it TERRIBLE in sucking up dirt. Tell me how, I have a pet cat who sheds A LOT and is messy with her litter box—well I use this vacuum often and it’s only collected 1/10th of the container worth of dirt and fur. Every single time I use this vacuum, it seems to spray dirt/litter/fur/hair everywhere. It’s done this since the first day I’ve used it. I’ve tested it everywhere. Tile floor, carpet and plush rugs. It literally moves the dirt around and the “high speed” just blows the dirt in front of where I’m going to go over. It’s maddening. I might as well throw litter all over the room and do what the vacuum does for free. Terrible, terrible, product.

    Don't waste your money/time!

    Pretty much no suction, have to go over with real vacuum to fully clean. A plastic piece of the bottom broke within 1 month of owning it so now every time I push the brush part down it makes a loud snapping noise. I tried to contact Bissell customer service regarding the warranty and they were so extremely unhelpful it’s not even funny. Just based on the lack of customer service I will never purchase anything from Bissell again.
