This vacuum is terrible!! It has no power, battery is only powered for 10 minutes but takes 2 hours to power up. It is way to heavy and hard to lift over my head. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNIT!!!

Decent suction, has different power levels low medium and high. the low suction will have more battery time. Features I LOVE: Battery is removed from the vacuum to charge Step lever to disconnect vacuum from the brush head. This is such small detail but I love not having to bend down to separate those pieces Has lights so you can see everything that you normally can’t!!

Works great, but durability concerns.
I purchased one and was so happy with it that I went back and bought another to keep upstairs. Unfortunately, the recharge port broke on the second one after a little more than two weeks of use. I returned that one and purchased a third unit. I will have to be very careful using the charger cord with both vacuums. I am very happy with how these vacuums work and how light they are and I am hopeful that I won’t have any further issues.

Bissell cordless stick vacuum made for Target nice design, but the battery to the cordless vacuum works less than 25 minutes at a time!!!
Week battery only locked of 25 minutes at a time when vacuuming after that you have to charge for an hour!

Do NOT buy. Save your money.
Good in the sense that it is lightweight and cordless. Bad in the sense that it doesn’t do the ONE thing a vacuum should do. My gosh is it TERRIBLE in sucking up dirt. Tell me how, I have a pet cat who sheds A LOT and is messy with her litter box—well I use this vacuum often and it’s only collected 1/10th of the container worth of dirt and fur. Every single time I use this vacuum, it seems to spray dirt/litter/fur/hair everywhere. It’s done this since the first day I’ve used it. I’ve tested it everywhere. Tile floor, carpet and plush rugs. It literally moves the dirt around and the “high speed” just blows the dirt in front of where I’m going to go over. It’s maddening. I might as well throw litter all over the room and do what the vacuum does for free. Terrible, terrible, product.

Don't waste your money/time!
Pretty much no suction, have to go over with real vacuum to fully clean. A plastic piece of the bottom broke within 1 month of owning it so now every time I push the brush part down it makes a loud snapping noise. I tried to contact Bissell customer service regarding the warranty and they were so extremely unhelpful it’s not even funny. Just based on the lack of customer service I will never purchase anything from Bissell again.

Weak power on low and dies too fast at high setting
This vacuum worked pretty well, but the power is so weak. It only held a charge for like 10 to 15 minutes before dying at full power. Absolutely not worth it. The lowest setting is just too weak.

Crap vacuum that lasted 20 min
I charged this thing fully. Used it and it lasted 20 minutes - wouldn’t even vacuum small crumbs off my thin ruggable rugs. Then I charge it again - it’s been charging for hours and won’t hold a charge. Back to the store it goes.

I’m calling this the Mom Vacuum! It’s not a deep cleaner, but if you hate dragging out your big deep cleaning vacuum every time your kids leave a pile of crumbs under their chairs after their afternoon snack, then this is for you!
