Q: How large in inches is the cup?

  • A: I don’t know if this is a double posting, the screen disappeared. It is approximately 5 inches around. One side is 4.5 inches and the front is about 5.5 inches. Just know you have to remove the whole top of the vacuum to empty the dust bin. I find this has great suction for pet hair, but the bin emptying is not a quick, easy process.

    So Easy to Store and Great for Dog Hair

    I purchased this a few weeks ago. In the past I had the vacuums that hung on the wall and this new shark is much easier to store. It is doing a great job of picking up dog hair. I have 2 dogs of my own plus I foster for a rescue so usually 3-4 shedding dogs in our house.

    Update on some good and not so good features

    Update on my review “Some good and not so good features”. Based on the response to my review from Shark, I took another look at the vacuum and discovered I can disconnect the long tube of the vacuum from the base part (where roller bristles are). I can attach the wand to the end of this arm and ir T gives me a much longer reach….for example, I can now vacuum between the fridge and cabinets. This makes me much happier

    Some good and not so good features

    I've had the Shark PowerPro Flex Reveal Plus Cordless Vacuum for a couple months now. Here's the pros and cons I've encountered: PROS - love the blue light as it really shows up the dirt on our hardwood floor of which we have for the majority of our flooring. - flex handle comes in handy when needing to reach under the beds and furniture. - battery does ok and I can get almost all of the areas I need to clean on the charged battery CONS - on hardwood floor, you can't push forward and pull back as the vacuum pushes dirt backwards rather than sucking it up. So, you need to focus on moving forward, turn around and go back over the same area to get all the dirt. This does increase your cleaning time. - the want attachment is way too short considering the dirt canister that is there. It's impossible to get into tight spaces with the wand such as between the fridge and cabinet. I really WISH Shark would make a longer wand. - it is something to get used to that the vacuum will not stand upright by itself with the canister/battery. It's just too top heavy. I just lay mine on the floor. Not sure I would recommend this vacuum to anyone I know.

    Disappointed waste of money

    I purchased this to replace my cordless shark pet pro and it's not at all as good as I expected. I don't like that I can't increase the power, even with trigger it doesn't work well. It is nowhere near as good and more expensive. It doesn't even pick up minimal dirt. I miss my pet pro but it died 13 months after I bought it. It will charge but won't turn on. I feel like this is wasted money. I like brush rollers better.

    Outstanding product... performs as advertised. I have a small dog that sheds a lot. This cordless vacuum does a great job removing hair and debris from the carpet.

    Buy a Different Vacuum!

    I've had mine for a week now and I'm not really impressed with it. I have 3 dogs and zero carpet in my house and I get a lot of dirt and dog hair kickback because the suction isn't as good as everyone, and the advertisement, make it out to be. And because of that, I have to go over the same spot multiple times. Having to do that and the battery use is only 50 minutes (less if you use the extra suction power), I am not able to vacuum my entire house. The only good things about this item are: it's lightweight, cordless, the blue light shows you where the dirt is...already know where the hair is with dark flooring...lol, and the canister is easy to empty. Other than that, it's truly not worth the money. Going back to the drawing board...so to speak...doesn't really help those who have already bought the product and aren't satisfied with it.

    Average at best

    Does it work? Sure. Does it work well? Not really. On the positive side, it's nimble and light weight. On the down side, it takes FOREVER to charge, lacks power unless you use the boost (which destroys battery levels), and requires multiple passes over the same area pretty often to actually pick up random debris. If you live in a small 700 sqft apt, it might be a good choice. For our 3 story condo, it requires multiple recharges and long delays to get the place done. We're keeping it and detaching the head to use the wand feature on our staircases mostly at this point. For reference, we have all hardwood and zero carpet.

    Terrible for the price

    Terrible. Don’t stand by itself at all even when you try leaning it against something. That and the fact that it’s not easy to remove the dump canister makes it really difficult to dump without dropping the vacuum or the dump canister. Don’t have a charging station to mount on the wall included, which also makes it hard to store since it don’t stand by itself. I bought a 60 dollar vacuum on TikTok that sucked better and didn’t have the issues I listed above.

    Wish collection cup was bigger

    I like it. My only complaint is that the cup is really small. For a family of 4 with a German shepherd, it requires me to empty 3-4 times for my 2100 sq ft house. Otherwise, its great not worrying about the cord in the way.

    Nothing compares to duo clean

    I am beyond disappointed by this cordless vacuum. It cleans bare floors ok but once its on carpet it doesn't have the power to clean it. I've owned several corded and by far the duo clean is by far the best. If you're looking for a fast ok job then its fine but not for me

    Great Features Especially the Blue Light

    This vacuum is amazing! I have had a few shark vacuums & this one takes the cake. The blue light for darker areas is a great feature especially for uncarpeted floors! Picks up everything great on carpet & vinyl flooring. Charge lasts a long time! Very light & easy to use.

    Do not buy

    Please ignore all the incentivized reviews…. I purchased this vacuum to replace an older model shark vacuum I owned. This vacuum has almost no suction. Unfortunately the box was ruined or I’d try returning it. It doesn’t pick up dirt or dust on my tile floor, or on my low pile rugs. Definitely do not recommend.
