I’m really enjoying this vacuum so far. It’s very light weight compared to other vacuums I’ve used. Stick and corded vacuums included. This runs quieter than my corded shark vacuum. Most of my apartment is vinyl floors and this does a great job picking everything up. It also does a great job on the carpet as well. I have three pets, two kids and long hair. The floors in my house sees plenty of messes on the daily and this vacuum does a great job. The way this vacuum stands upright is something to adjust to but not anything too difficult to do. It’s just different than just standing it up against a wall. I have limited physical ability and range of motion. It’s important that I have something light weight that can handle a good amount of daily messes. I need my cleaning tools to make my job easier to maintain my home. My corded shark vacuum went out just after the one year mark. All I had to do was chat in with customer service and have a zoom call with a technician to document and view the issues I was having. They sent a replacement no problem. It’s hard to find companies that truly stick to their product warranty and by the quality of their products. I’ve used them for years and they do a great job without having to go back over the same spots a million times.

Horrible do not recommend!
My husband bought this vaccum for me for Christmas. I am sorry he did. This is the worst vaccum I have ever owned from Shark. I suction is horrible and it does not do well on hard floors. Should have bought another dyson that thing lasted 8 years and was worth every penny. The shark power pro flex is useless and worthless! If you have dogs don't waste your money.

Not so good for the price
I bought this product 1 month ago and I already have problems with the floor nozzle, I’ve cleaned it and it stops rotating.

Potentially dangerous product; no response from Shark re warranty on new product
No response from Target or from Shark concerning the warranty on this vacuum I purchased now approximately 6 months ago. I wrote to Shark explaining the piercing noise that developed when using after owning it for 4 months, just past the return window on it with Target, and my concern with the issue of the vacuum becoming very hot in a short period of time when using. I now use my old vacuum if the Shark gets hot, and never let it charge/leave it plugged in if I am not home. I have heard nothing from them in response. I would suggest purchasing any other brand product than Shark as this is the level of quality and support in response to a potentially dangerous product that they have been placed on notice of.

Suction is not great
This is not the original vacuum that I purchased but mine was under warranty and was worthless. They had sent me new parts but it never worked so then they sent me this vacuum. It’s better. It’s heavier. The suction isn’t great. I will definitely buy a Dyson as soon as they are on sale.

Great cordless clvacuim option!
I absolutely love the easy of use. My favorite feature is the no-hair wrap! It actually works. A house full of girls and we always have long hair and it is no longer an issue. My only issue is the battery doesn’t last long enough, maybe 40 minutes. So I need to break up how long I use it. I also wish it came with a wall mount hanger. Otherwise it is a great product!!

Worked great 1st 4 months. Followed cleaning instructions per manual. After a full clean it stopped working. Spit out small pieces vacuumed up, empty dust canister. Took apart again tested vacuum suction one piece at a time to find a leak - no leak. Thank god i got a warranty.

Overcomplicated, Heavy
If you’re considering going from Dyson to this, don’t. This thing is SO clunky and heavy and impossible to use on stairs or tight spaces. You can’t empty it without taking it apart. I thought the floor-to-carpet auto adjustment would be cool but it’s pointless, and the folding feature is also pointless since this thing has no mobility at all. I’ve had it for 4 months and have tried so hard to make it work but ultimately this vacuum was a mistake.

Awful suction
This was the worst shark vacuum I've ever purchased. I usually buy the shark rotators or shark navigators and did not expect such a huge difference in suction for this vacuum. The pet hair just got swept up into a ball and when I went from bare floor low pile carpet, a very thick line of pet fur was left behind and did not get sucked up. I have a yellow lab so she doesnt even have long hair! Not to mention I felt like the power fins did nothing for this vacuum. Really disappointed.

Okay I feel like most of the reviews I was seeing on this vacuum were paid or sponsored so I was a little worried about buying this. We have had a cordless Dyson for years but it was time for an upgrade. I’d heard good things about shark and this vacuum looked like everything I was looking for. I am very impressed. This is a great cordless vacuum that does amazing on any surface (YES even my low pile rugs that my Dyson barely worked on). The battery lasts very long compared to my Dyson and I am so glad I bought this. Do yourself a favor and buy this baby
