A: The battery can be found by removing the handheld vacuum from the wand by pressing the Wand Release button and pulling up. Then you can plug the charger into the charging port on the handheld vacuum and plug the Li-Ion charger into a wall outlet. It takes approximately 3 hours to reach a full charge.

A: Filters may need to be replaced periodically even with proper cleaning. We recommend cleaning them if the vacuum stops picking up dirt, if airflow is restricted, or if you notice decreased or no suction. For optimal performance, clean filters regularly. Between cleanings, lightly tap filters over a trash receptacle to remove dust and debris as needed. You can rinse the pre-motor foam and felt filters every month, or as required, and allow the filters to air-dry completely (at least 24 hours) before reinstalling.

A: No, it doesn't have a button to turn off the brushroll; however, the PowerPro Flex features FloorDetect technology in which the vacuum responds to surface changes and automatically adjusts brushroll speed and suction to deep clean your hard floors.

A: There's no wall mount available at the moment; however, to put the PowerPro Flex vacuum in storage mode, you can remove the hand vacuum from the wand and attach it to the clip at the bottom of the wand. The vacuum will then stand alone in this position and allow you to store it away.

I'm honestly super upset about this. I absolutely love the vacuum but after using it one time I notice a ticking sound while vacuuming my floors. I simply would like an exchange as I feel this one is defected but I apparently bought the last one at my store the closest location in stock is almost an hour away. This was a huge purchase for me I normally wouldn't and now I'm regretting it. I don't know what to do honestly.

My birthday present to myself showed up 🎉🎉🎉 and let me tell you, this baddie did NOT disappoint. I just vacuumed my entire hairy home (I have 1 golden retriever, 1 goldador, and 3 indoor/outdoor kitties) in record time (and on one bar of battery)!!! It will be so much easier to keep up on the dog/cat hair and the dirt they drag in, with this wonderful creation from Shark. 😭🙏 No more cord tripping me or dragging hair and dirt around. The wand flexs, making it a breeze to get underneath EVERYTHING. The "Dirt Reveal" light is disturbing, and I can literally vacuum in the dark and see every last hair and speck of dirt. It even automatically senses and switches from hard floor to carpet mode as soon you hit rug/carpet. There is an extra power trigger, but honestly I haven't even needed to use it besides when using the crevice tool a couple times. You can ditch the wand and turn it into a handheld to make cleaning couches, stairs, etc etc easier. Then when you're all done, this little cutie folds up into a tiny little thing so it can be tucked away anywhere for a quick grab n clean. I'm in love. I have now had it for a few days now and it has made my life so much better. Before I wouldn't want to vacuum everyday because dragging my big vacuum around this house was a literal pain in my butt...now I just grab and go and I must be finishing vacuuming the entire house in like half the time. I've only dreamed of having hair-free floors my entire life, but now it is a reality. So so happy.

This vacuum is okay. It has good suction and so far has been easy to maneuver. I feel it is cheaply made and worry that it won’t last long. It is a little louder than I expected but it does its job and works as expected. It is very easy to clean and the bonus is you don’t have to replace the filter., just rinse with water and let air dry for 24 hours. All in all we will see if it stands up to the task of this home with 2 very large dogs. So far so good.

The folding attachment has broken twice !! Rhe 1st one was covered by warranty but now I'm out of warranty range and it broke again. The plastic snap that locks it in places is what broke twice . Never again.

The vacuum is light and has enough power to clean my hardwood floors and the carpets stairs. I love the feature that allows it to bend under furniture, as all of my furniture is raised and collects a ridiculous amount of hair underneath. The battery is good and lasts both upstairs and downstairs of my split level. My biggest complaints are the bin needs a handle. Removing it while pushing the release button is harder for my small hands. If it had a handle, that would have been far more convenient, but it isn't a deal breaker! And the button to fold the vacuum, as well as lower the floor attachment is inconveniently placed on the back of the vacuum. I am forever pushing the button on the front, which is some sort of electrical function, which is annoying. Otherwise this is an excellent vacuum and a fraction of the price of some other comparable models. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend if you want a functional, lightweight vacuum.

I initially bought the Dyson V8 origin because it was on sale but after 48 hours it didn’t charge. I returned it and bought this stick vacuum and I’m so glad I did. It’s lightweight and gets around curves easily and it’s very easy to maneuver. It auto senses if you switch from carpet to no carpet which is very cool. Iy is very lightweight and it easily converts to handheld and for storage it bends in half. It picked up dirt and dust very well. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment so it is perfect for my space. It charges easily and holds charge well. I saw in some comments that it wasn’t ideal for large homes but if you have pets or kids this would be perfect as it is light and very easy to use for daily or weekly maintenance. I love it and highly recommend it!

It’s heavy and not easy to turn into handheld and you have to hold up a little handle for more suction which it actually does nothing! Don’t understand the good reviews!

It seems it has better suction when using as is versus adding attachments. For what ever reason using attachments doesn’t give much suction. It has an adequate battery like with level lights. It doesn’t stand up right on its own without folding it. If you need to move something out of the way the vacuum has to be laid down or fold it down.
Good for carpet but not for hardwood.

My experience was that it works extremely well on carpet but not so good on hardwood. I love the led lights that shows every speck of dust and dirt on hardwood but unfortunately it doesn’t pick them up. It’s super quiet and easy to assemble. It takes a little time to learn all of the different positions the vacuum can go into. Overall I like this vacuum for the carpet but not for hardwood.

This claim made me jump off the walls from excitement when I received and claimed it! The best claim I ever got- and I have received many incredible ones! My mother uses the cordless Dyson- and she was really impressed with this one! For so many reasons this vacuum is the best! I will have to go back and insert more photos videos. For one- this is a cordless vacuum so convenient! You can actually take the small charging piece off the vacuum to charge it. Which is genius! I am obsessed with how well this vacuums! Very satisfying and appealing to the eyes! Especially cause on the floors it gives off a blue light to see any and every particles in front of it. I love that it automatically changes from carpet/rug to floors. Without having to adjust anything yourself. I love that there is a boost trigger right on the handle that can be used on both floor or carpets. I love the weight but still lightness to this shark vacuum. It is such a beautiful device! It is very high quality and most definitely worth the price! I love the way you can bend it to make it just stand. Or you can prop it upright.

I have owned many dyson cordless vacuums and they just do not compare to this one. Its flexibility, versatility and effectiveness is truly impressive and i feel like i love vacuuming again. The filter never gets stuck unlike some other cordless vacuums (dysons ☹️) and i love the light that is at the head of the vacuum. I especially like how quiet this vacuum is as I don’t feel like i’m disturbing anyone when i vacuum. It lasts a super long time and the hand free emptying is truly life changing. I hate when dust and different things like that touch my hands so i really appreciate this new technology. Another thing that stood out to me was the charging cord. I love how small it is and how you don’t need an entire wall space to install a mount for the vacuum to hang it up and charge it (like you do with the dyson ones). If you couldn’t already tell, I endlessly recommend this vacuum!

I use this vacuum almost every day in our kitchen area. It's quick, light, and super efficient. I love the blue laser that showcases (sadly) all the pet hair on the floor to be vacuumed up. I love the flex arm that easily bends and reaches tough areas. I'm also a huge fan of the handheld feature, which is perfect for cleaning your car or etc. I couldn't believe the hair that gets picked up. It also has a turbo button feature for tougher areas that need even more suction. It's super easy to clean (the reservoir is a bit smaller) but not a deal breaker. It does take a few hours to fully charge. I love how it breaks down for easier and more compact storage. I literally love everything about this vacuum. It works on all different flooring and carpets, too. I have a large heavier vacuum for all over, very detailed cleaning. However, as mentioned, this is an every or every other day style vac. We're in and out so often that we pick up grass and etc. from the yard. Between the pet hair and dirt, my Shark is being put hard to work! 100% recommend!
