A: Yes, these pads can be washed after use. We recommend machine-washing the scrub pads separately with liquid detergent. OK but not great
This thing is OK but not really great. It’s difficult to get into tight spots because the spinning is activated / deactivated by the angle of the handle. Every time you deactivate the spinning, you have to bend over to set the steam setting. The water tank is tiny - I refilled it 4 times for a 1600 sqft townhome, using medium and light settings The cable is pretty short, though you can use an extension cord to solve this - I probably moved plugs 7-8 times across a 2 br / 2 ba home. I’m not entirely confident the mop did its job well. Did it steam and scrub? Yes. But there were several spots where the mop failed - and something that my manual Bona didn’t. The steam blaster kind of sucks. It’s pointed outwards so it’ll dissipate before it addresses a difficult spot. This thing may be okay for a small studio apartment, but for a house not really. It’s faster and easier to use a manual spin mop.

It won me over.
I had been tempted for a long time to try a steam mop on my hardwood floors but wasn't sure if it would be worth it, and if not, I'd be stuck with another useless product. But decided to take a chance when I saw this on sale. After taking one quick pass through the main areas of my house, the pads were BLACK!. It's also very lightweight and easy to use. Works great, removes grime and it's easy to use!

Spinning pads
This steamer actually gets floors cleaner, due to the spinning pads. However, Everytime you stop and stand it up, it cuts off and you have to push the button again.

First Shark :(
My first Shark and I’m disappointed. It hardly steams at all. The water canister is hard to fill as it’s not removable. There is no off and on button. You plug it in and it’s on. The handle is hard to move and I’m afraid it’s going to break. Still cleans decent but It doesn’t scrub as advertised.

Best steam scrubber
I have 2 hunting dogs that live in the house and they love to run and play whether it’s sunshine or rainy. This steam scrubber has been a game changer! I can’t live without it! It warms up quickly and does all the work. No streaks, just a clean floor that dries quickly. This is a must for anytime with kids and or dogs! Wish I would have gotten it sooner!

Great steam mop but needs a design tweak
This is the best steam mop, pushing all the wiping ones to the curb. However, I would suggest to Shark that you make a design adjustment so that the steam blast can be activated from a button on or near the handle. My arms are disabled from severe arthritis and it is beyond cumbersome to bend the handle down toward the floor to activate the steam. It is also not intuitive to do this. However, my much younger housekeeper is impressed and loves this new device.

Broke twice!
I bought this 2 months ago, when it was working it was fantastic, but in less than 5 uses, the body started getting extremely hot and the pads had no heat/stopped using water. So we had it replaced, and within the first use about 30mins into cleaning, the same issue happened!

Self propelled
I bought this scrubber steamer 3 weeks ago. I have two dogs and have waterproof laminate floors and two dogs. When I unboxed the machine I was surprised at how light it was. It was very easy to setup and use. I love how it’s self propelled and how good it cleans. iso far I am very happy with my purchase.

NOPE
I had the old Shark mop that is similar and it worked so well but when it broke it was no longer available so I bought this one. This one does NOT clean the floors on the first pass, the pads are very hard to clean as well. I mop my floors weeklu and I have tried for a few months but now I'm shopping for something else.

Love this Steam and Scrub Mop . It is easy to use and easy to handle. Cleans well with the dual scrub mopheads. My floors felt so clean. Much better than my old steam mop from another brand. Shark makes great products. This mop is very reasonably priced.
