A: Yes, it can be used on cork floors with a high-gloss finish as long as the floor is properly sealed. Use the Light steam mode and a clean pad to avoid over-wetting, and test on a small area first. Dry the surface after cleaning to protect the finish.

We recently upgraded from the standard Shark steam mop to this version and have been really pleased. I love that the shark steam mops don’t require any chemicals and that this models water well come completely off for far easier filling. I also love that this model has the option to add additional steam for harder to clean spots. The only draw back on this one is that the rotating heads can be kind of hard to manage around walls or in corners. I also wish the pads had a little more pile to them becuase I don’t always feel like they are doing a great job of collecting the grime from the floor.

I bought the Shark Steam and scrub about a week ago. Used the first time and it left streaks everywhere. So very disappointed. I loved the basic Shark steam mop, and don’t know why you are not making it anymore.

I just got my Shark Steam and Scrub. I used it today AFTER washing my laminate floors with Mr Clean and a mop. I was appalled how much dirt there was still on the floor when I went to remove and clean Shark’s pads! (And I wash my floors every week.) I was impressed with how much dirt this little machine picked up. I will be steaming my floors every week now. Great purchase!

After moving into a large house with wood floors I Was a bit skeptical upon purchase if this steam mop would work reduce the time. Well it exceeded my expectations. So easy to use, virtually the floor dries within a minute and no water marks or product residual on floor. It’s quicker than using a mop and no more bending resulting in aches and pains afterwards. Highly recommend

I LOVE this. I have COPD and mopping floors was getting to hard for me, and inhaling the chemicals wasn't/isn't good for my lungs. I love shark products so I wanted to give this a try. Well, it's the best thing I could have gotten for myself. This steam mop basically does all the work for me. It's so easy to use. I love that I don't have to inhale harsh chemicals anymore, and I love that it sanitizes my floors. My floors have honestly never looked better. Thanks for making my life a little better.

I love this steam mop! I've tried your traditional steam mops that you just push around in my husband has as well. I love that this one spins and scrubs at the same time. It dispenses the perfect amount of water on the floor. It makes cleaning my tile and wood floors so much easier! It's easy to put the scrubbing pads on and to take them off. After I'm done with two small rooms or one large room I replace the pads. I rinse them with hot water first then put them in the washer and let them air dry. This is such a great investment!
