Not recommended
Requires a lot of physical effort to push the mop across the floor. The water tank is attached to the unit. Filling requires laying the mop across the counter and pouring from a cup into the tank. Would not recommend.

Came used!!
So disappointed purchased a brand new one and it was full of water already, the packaging inside was wet too. It's so unsanitary to sell a used item as new, especially with unknown liquid in the tank and now all over my floor.

Doesn’t really clean anything just pushes grime around. Not impressed. I thought the steam option would help clean some grout up but nothing. Do not recommend! Very disappointing plus you have to pump constantly to get steam & refill the water jug over & over.

its a PUMP to use!!!
its a PUMP to use!!! I guess I didn't read thoroughly enough because you have to pump it to use!!! its constantly turning steam off on me. I originally bought to help a friend clean her walls, but it's very hard to hold, move on walls, and pump enough to keep on at the same time. so aggravating.

Don't buy it!
I only used this a short while and it quit making steam. I cleaned the nosel as directed, nothing. Now I have a worthless pice of equipment takingnup room. Very disappointed.

Works okay. Used on laminate floors and after using, I can still see parts of the floor that have dirt. Steam is not as effective as I hoped. Good for surface cleaning, not enough to get all the dirt out.

Steam mops are better than electric roller style mops 
I used to have a Bissell cross wave and this is much better because the Bissell cross wave you had to clean it out so much and then leave parts to dry but this thing all you do is just fill up the water tank plug it in let it do its thing pump and then when it starts to hit just start mopping and when you’re done, you have to unplug it let it cool and then you could take the pad off and throw it in the wash it’s not so much work for me however, the steam tank is not removable and the pad is so hard to attach and you gotta pump it a lot, but I think that’s much better then having to stand there to self clean the bissell cross wave which was really stupid because the brush roll does not spin in the upright position so you have to stand there, reclining it and then hold it or you could just lean it up against the wall, but I find it falling a lot when that happens and then you have to pour water into the tray to put more water up into the thing it’s like too much and we do a lot of laundry so usually the steamer pad is always back in the drawer in the next day

A $20 mop at best
This is my third “steam mop” product that I have bought & returned. I have come to realize that people that use these don’t really know how to deep clean. I mop my floors 1-2x a week & nothing is going to do it better than boiling water & a regular schmegular mop. The water reservoir is very small & couldn’t even do my whole1800 sq ft house in one take. The fact that you have to pump for the steam is kind of annoying & it doesn’t even come out consistently when pumping. The cord is also pretty short. I might buy one of these to have on hand for a quick mop for maybe $20 but for shark I was disappointed.
