It took a minute to get the hang of it and at first, I thought the suction wasn’t working. Once I got the hang of it, I’m thoroughly amazed and should’ve gotten this sooner. I obsessed over which portable cleaner I wanted to get for years. This is one of the top rated ones and I see why. I used it on a set in stain on one of my rugs and it got it out without any issue. I attached a picture of the stain before and after.

Picks up husky hair no problem!
We bought this because we have a 4 year old and a husky!! Enough said about the messes and fur. This has been such a great way to spot clean messes! It’s easy to use and works so great! It lifted and removed the milk my child dropped on and between our beige couch and has no problem with my dogs long fur! Definitely worth it!

Great for pet messes
The machine is very light and easy to get around the house with. The attachments are perfect for a pet mess, but there's no where to put them all, especially the tiny brush attachment. The formula did get the poo stains out that my new puppy left me in my bedroom, but the smell of poo still lingered. The self cleaning option is such a great idea and so easy to use, love it!!

the work is almost perfect
The work is almost perfect, it helped me clean my living room without any problems, except that the base where the vacuum cleaner handle is placed is very fragile and broke, and I have only used it 3 times. I consider it to be of poor quality or it is too heavy for the base.

Not worth it, and honestly disappointed
Honestly, this is not worth the money if you’re trying to help clean (even just slightly) pet hair. I can’t speak for people with long hair pets, but I have a lab mix with very thick coarse fur and using this tool required at the very least 7 passes in a very small area to pick up any fur. For stains, it’s decent. Nothing groundbreaking but again, requires MULTIPLE passes to be effective. The physical labor you have to put into using this product for it to work just isn’t worth the money.

Different cleaning heads - wrong.
I received the Shark in one day but I received different cleaning heads than listed on Target’s App and shown on the Shark StainStriker box. I wanted and paid for the gold rubber/silicone cleaning heads and received black hard bristle brushes. There is a price difference based on the cleaning heads as well. I was not able to get a replacement via Target App unless I returned the item first to store, infuriating and wasting my time & money. My review is based on not receiving what I paid for so do not recommend buying without seeing in person because you won’t get help unless you pack it up and drive it back to store.

Perfect Size
I bought this to clean my stairs. It worked really well. The unit is easy to clean, and is perfect size and weight even with water in it to carry up and down the stairs. I love how my stairs look now that they are clean. Kept me from replacing my carpet.

Bad service
I ordered this item not realizing I had to wait 2 hours to grab it . Since I live a hour away I came into the store hoping to walk away with the item. Upon speaking to a manager they said they would not be able to give me the item due to the person doing pick up orders has 5 more on her list and would need 40 minutes to close out. I expressed I did not live in the area and if I could cancel the item and purchase it in store. They told me I still would not be able to purchase it. Worst customer service I ever had and literally did nothing to help me at all. Second I don’t even get my refund of $135 until 24 hours later. Never coming to this target again. They need better managemnt skills
