I bought this a few months ago, l noticed the suction not working properly during cleaning after two months. I sent back to Dyson for service. After this service, it didn't resolve the problem, plus the water dropped off. I sent it back to Dyson second time for service. Now I'm waiting my WashG1 sending back to me today. If the machine doesn't work properly, I'll ask for the refund.

Disappointed overall. The machine cleans well, but needs to be dismantled and cleaned after each use otherwise will become foul. The self cleaning mode is almost useless cleaning just the rollers, not the dirt/hair/food receptacle deposits. To dismantle and re-assemble after each use is fiddly and cumbersome and we’re worried a plastic part will soon break from re-assembling each time.

Absolutely the worst appliance I have ever purchased. It cleans almost ok but what a mission to clean the cleaner! More time spent on this, and mopping up after the cleaning process, than actually cleaning my floors to start with. Flimsy design , ridiculously complicated technology, appalling performance.

this product is difficult to use partly because the instructions are poor and particularly as the connections for water and cleaning the filters and rollers are stiff and awkward. The plate holding the rollers and filter keeps falling off. These problems make it time consuming to use.

I absolutely love my Dyson wash. Although I have only used it twice it has left the floors really clean and I was surprised by the amount dirt in the wastewater tank and the quietness when in use.

I bought this 6 months ago & not 100 percent satisfied with the product. The concept is great but once you actually use it there are many issues. The lower tray does not stay in place, it does need cleaning after every use & the rollers smell if you don’t leave them to dry. It’s heavy and doesn’t slide swiftly across all floor surfaces. The clean function doesn’t work after every use. All in all I think the old fashioned mop and bucket are quick and easier to use

Cleans really well and my floors are squeaky clean (literally) but emptying the solids tray and cleaning the rollers is a pest. Mine gets a lot of human hair on the rollers which is hard to remove.

Purchased a few weeks ago and tried to use it straight away - but special detergent fluid required. None supplied and Dyson did not have any in stock. Tried to use a small quantity of detergent but had to wipe up foam all the time. I hope Dyson get the cleaner fluid soon. Pretty disappointed.

I've had this floor cleaner a while now but unfortunately it's not as handy as I'd like it to be. You need to properly clean it after every use to avoid getting smelly and mouldy and with 3 young kids I'm finding I'm not using it on big clean ups as its advertised for as the washing of the machine isn't worth it or I don't have time and I don't want it to sit dirty. It's great as a normal floor cleaner for regular floor mopping doesn't lift dried on food either

I brought this a couple of months ago, and I have found it not very user friendly. I was hoping to get a complete set of instruction with it to show what is required when using the machine. Also you need know how to clean it after use. I am very disappointed with it. The instruction only say use water, no reference to what other detergents you can use. It is not very easy to take it apart to clean as well.
