Good, but stinky-literally
Our vacuum puts out a foul smell that is similar to a dirty, wet rag. It has done this since the first time we used it. We bought it as a replacement for our Tineco, as we use the Tineco at our other place. We enjoy the Tineco, but given the brand (Sharper image) and some of its features (that the Tineco doesn't have), I expected to be completely impressed. I would recommend it because it does what it's supposed to do, but if only it didn't smell.

Not great for pets or carpet
Not good for pet hair. Good on hard floors but does not suction or pick up anything on carpet. Also you HAVE to vacuum the whole house before you use the mop feature because if not then the round brush will be wet and get everywhere. Just not good quality or what I was looking for.

Malfunctioning vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not had a good experience with this product. The vacuum consistently malfunctions. The biggest one being it says there’s a “sewage tank full“ when the sewage tank and all filters are clear. It will just keep shutting off. On the off chance it does work, it has poor suction.

Small spaces
The mop/ vac doesn't work great for high traffic areas. Best used for hardwood floors or laminate. Not ideal for tile or granite. This item is best used in small spaces and small homes as the battery dies quickly.

Handy all in one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the convenience of having both the vacuum and mop all in one. Saves space and can hit tough spots with the mop while I clean. Am able to do all of the vacuum on one charge. Only complaint is that I wish it had a little more suction.

Love the way how the flooe mop system works. I was very dazzled by the mop. It is so light in weight that my 5 year old also could push it around to mop. A great way to include a mop in their daily activities and also cleaner floors:):):)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this by influenster as an incentive to review . It is very quiet for a stick vacuum . It also is not too bad in terms of battery life. It has a ok suction power though and as much as I love being able to mop too which is on par with a Swiffer it takes HOURS to dry the brush and about two self cleans if it's anything big . Pet fur also gets stuck easily too which is a minus for me . It is overall good but not perfect .

First of all, it was easy to snap together, and it came mostly charged, so it just required a quick charge to get it to full battery. I couldn't believe how easy it is to use and does a good job!!! I started in my kitchen, and it went so smoothly, giving it a fresh shine. I liked the job it did so much. I ended up doing my whole downstairs. When you're done, you empty the tank, put some fresh water in, and let it do its self clean (which worked way better than I imagined). Then you take it apart and let it dry! The only downside was I felt like it took forever for the mop brush to dry out. But maybe I just didn't have it in the best location.

Decent for smaller areas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure…I totally forgot to take pictures of this out of the box, and I gifted it to my mother in law, who still have way more use for it than we will. This thing isn’t that great. We have a dog that sheds, and we just need more power to get down in the carpeted areas. The mop feature works decently. This would be perfect for someone in a smaller apartment (like my mother in law). It’s a quality product, but it doesn’t really suit my personal needs.

It’s so easy to charge as the base it comes with immediately starts charging and the noise is so minimal my dogs aren’t scared of it!

Light and Portable

I love the easy charging on the docking station. I also love how high-tech it feels because it speaks to you about the settings it is on. However, I feel like the power and suction on this aren’t the best. It’s a great vacuum for an easy in between clean, but I feel like I need a heavy duty one every now and then.

Glorified swiffer, and not necessarily a good thin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I feel like it’s a glorified swiffer. Yes it does clean the floors with spills super nice however it will not replace mopping. I feel like it almost feels cheap which I don’t like considering the price. It does charge fast but the battery goes down pretty fast. The self cleaning function is amazing though. And the charging base is nice however it has compartments to hold the filter and the roller to air dry. I will use it but it’s not what I was hoping and expecting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WHERE HAS THIS VACUUM BEEN ALL MY LIFE. i am such a lazy person when it comes to cleaning and this is the best thing invented for cleaning. it was super easy to use and so amazing that it vacuums & mops at the same time. there are different settings and the highest setting is very powerful. the only “cons” are that it is very loud and the battery life doesnt last a long time. but honestly i don’t mind it.
