Very impressed.
I really like this mop. First off I was hesitant, had purchased a larger one from another store for around $500 and it wouldn’t charge after one use. But this one works great. Super lightweight, actually self propelled when moving across the floors. The only issue I’ve had is if something is really stuck on the floor like jelly (I have 5 kiddos) then you have to slowly move over the spot a couple times to get all the sticky residue. Other than that, highly recommend. Oh and only use the cleaner that is recommended.

It worked great the first month. By the second month, it stopped sucking up the dirty water. I unclogged the dog hair and the next time I went to use it, it was not sucking up water again. I returned it since it was within the 90 day return period.

Quick clean up and leaves floors with no residue. The hammerhead corners are made of hard plastic and can damage baseboards so have to be careful.

Would not recommend!
This HammerHead model cleans well but falls short in major areas such as self-drying, suction power, and charging. I would not recommend it. The unit has no self-drying function, and the self-cleaning cycle is loud. It doesn’t run for long, but it leaves the roller completely wet. Tineco recommends cleaning and drying the roller after each use, which completely defeats the convenience of a vac-mop if I have to take it apart every time. The suction power is insufficient and leaves the floors noticeably wet after use. This hasn’t been an issue with other models I’ve used, including other Tinecos. The charging system is not built into the base. After each use, you have to reach down to the floor, pick up the AC cord, and plug it into the unit. This is ridiculous, as most other vac-mops have charging integrated into the base. Not only do you have to connect and disconnect it every time, but the cord can’t be hidden in the base. Even on sale, I would never recommend that anyone purchase this model. It feels like they removed all the conveniences a vac-mop is supposed to offer.

I spent more time cleaning the machine than I did cleaning the floor. You have to disassemble it in several places rinse, and then hit self clean for it to clean the roller only and then rinse the tank out AGAIN each time you use it. Way too much trouble in my opinion.

It’s ok for a quick clean up. But it doesn’t completely replace my vacuum or mop. The time saved sweeping and mopping in one, is spent cleaning the machine when you’re done. Still too soon to tell how the rollers hold up against kids and pets.

Leaks Dirty water everywhere
I really was excited to get this mop, however once I started using it I realized it leaks water everywhere. I made sure to keep the handle at the appropriate angle to not leak, but once I finish mopping and return the handle to an upright position it leaks dirty water everywhere. it's also difficult to get the roller head off to clean. It does not actually self clean and I need to disassemble it after every use to clean it. I will be returning this because it is the worst mop ever.

Best Floor Machine I've owned!
This is the best hard floor cleaner I’ve owned. The manual could use improvement on actual use but I was able to figure it out. So much better than vacuuming first and then lugging a dual bucket and mop around! The floor seems so much cleaner using this machine rather than mopping, and it dries so much faster! I wish the cleaning solution had a scent but I’ve seen a lavender version that Tineco has on Amazon so I may try it. You cannot use your own cleaning solution as it suds up too much, according to the manual.

Works very well. Very easy to maneuver. Very lightweight. However, total charge time is 25 minutes and five hour recharge time.

Shockingly Easy Clean!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this vacuum. It was very easy and self-explanatory to setup. The dual vacuum and mop feature is so convenient and both features seem powerful. We used this to clean the floors in our new construction home which I'm sure you can imagine were incredibly dusty. I was surprised by how just one run over the floors made them truly sparkle! Also, before receiving it, I didn't realize it had a motorized "pull" which makes it a breeze to quickly clean large rooms. Very thankful to have found a product like this!

Life saver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new tineco. I have been using it for a little over a week and it has been a great addition to my cleaning routine. I have little kids and they are pretty messy and with this is so quick and easy to clean. I love it is cordless and that it vacuums and mops at the same time. The floors actually look clean and no streaky after.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 4 seniors dogs and 2 kids. Our house is all tile or hardwood. This has been a life saver. We usually sweep or vac beforehand but for quick messes or if we don’t this still works. Picks up dog hair and doesn’t tangle. We did the egg test and it picked everything up including the shell. Love that it separates the dirty water from the hair and big stuff. Def recommend makes cleaning easy. Follow instructions and clean after every use to prevent smell.
