To access the brushroll, press the button on the top of the nozzle and lift off the brushroll cover. Wipe away any debris stuck to the back wall. Wash thoroughly with warm water. Allow the brushroll to air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area for at least 24 hours.

Bought the original unit a few months ago (5-6) and it worked okay ish for 3-4 months, then it worked it's own grave,spewing water and bubbles out of the motor when the dirty tank was empty. Called support, they were great, sent out a new unit. Not even 2 months or roughly 15-20 uses, the motor starts SCREAMING for mercy on the new unit, called support and they stated it's nearly a 200 dollar part, but still warranty able, but I would have to cover shipping costs, even though it's a manufacturer issue! These things are junk! Work until they don't. (They don't more than they do.) Don't recommend unless you want to deal with multiple issues.

It was ok for a quick clean , it didn get dried sticky juice or soda off the floor hardly , it doesn’t clean tile floor like in the cracks. And leaves a good 2-3 inches dirty from edges of walls and corners. Even after self clean if you leave sit for 2-3 a forget to clean the whole thing yourself it grew mold in just a couple days . To sweep the edges then vacuum mop them to clean out every piece of this mop was to much so much easers just to sweep with a broom get the mop out dump an go .

I got this vacuum to minimize the time it takes me to vacuum and mop when people are coming over. It is advertised as pet hair friendly but the only thing it does is leave the hair pressed to the floor. It vacuums maybe 20% of the dog hair, and half of that hair gets spit out again. It might work for you if you do not own any pets.

The roller is too wet even after cleaning on the base, and it leaves a puddle under the mop. It starts to stink because the mop roller is over the wet and it doesnt dry fast enough. I am going to order a second roller so I can switch them out to give time to dry. Other than that, I thought my floors were pretty clean using the cedar mop w seperate water chamber, but I was wrong. My floors were so nasty on first use. Now I use every day or 2 and its still gross but not like the first time.

This works great on my hardwood floors doesn't leave much water behind so it dries quickly. Does a really good job cleaning is quick and super easy to change the water and feel the clean water tank. The only thing I see that is wrong is when you put it back in the charger and push the self cleaning button, it leaves a bit of water in the tray. Which then causes you to have to take the tray and wash it out often or it will stink and it dries and makes the tray dirty

This machine becomes disgusting very quickly. There was a compartment near the brush roller that is not in the manual to be cleaned. I recently cleaned it after a year of having this machine and there were tons of maggotts in the roller area. The thought of me cleaning the house with this with 3 small children really grossed me out. I completly bleached this thing and now have it sitting in the garage. I converted back to using a regular mop and broom because of my experience with this machine.

I bought this a month ago and have been sadly disappointed on almost all levels. I used to love shark products. But as a pet parent, I want my bissell back. The battery life isn’t great. I can’t get 2 full rooms done without having to wait for it to charge again. It misses the entire edge so I have to go around with a wash rag to wipe the line and mess it leaves. I wish it had the option to vacuum first and then mop. It gets dog hair wet and then slides a majority of it around. Sticking to the tile instead of being suctioned up. For the price I found out my husband paid, I expect it to feel better quality than Temu.

I love my shark floor mop, and vacuum. I got a cordless one so that I could go around my whole house quickly. The cleaning solution is excellent and has an anti-odor of component to it. My floors have never looked better and I’ve never been happier keeping my floors clean.

This is a great product. The shark hydrovac does as intended it mops as it vacuums up trash, pet hair.. etc. The only issue is it leaves about 1/2 inch space along walls and counters that is uncleaned.

THE CLEAR WINNER! After purchasing two different Crosswaves and one Tineco, I thought that my dream of having an efficient and user-friendly mop/vac was lost. My entire first floor is wood and tile, and it was such a chore to vacuum and then mop by hand. I also have double-coated dogs and a young kid. Enter the Hydrovac, which not only solved all the problems I had with the other models, but exceeded my expectations. It's incredibly easy to setup and use, but also manages the deeper grout on the tile floors SO well. No puddling of water, no streaking - just a smooth and clean floor. I love how it separates the dog hair and crumbs from the dirty water, and it takes maybe 3 minutes at the end of each use to fully clean. The solution smells amazing, but isn't too strong; and, the self-cleaning cycle actually does the job. 10/10 stars if I could, and I wish I'd bought it sooner!
