Avoid Obstacles: Do not run over loose objects or the edges of area rugs. Prevent Stalling: Stalling the brush may result in premature belt failure. The 1/4-inch grout should generally be fine but be cautious as very deep or uneven grout could potentially cause the brush to stall.

Loved the product but owned it for 2.5 years and the battery stopped charging past 20% I contacted Tineco support and since the warranty is only 2 years they were unable to help me. Not buying this product again! Shark has a 5 year warranty on products at 1/2 the price of these!!

The technology in just the display panel showing how much it has picked up (among other things I haven’t even figured out yet) is beyond anything I’d expect. What a huge upgrade to a basic swiffer. I am still learning more about it’s capabilities, but even with my two torn rotator cuffs I was able to operate this and move it around fairly easily due to the lightweight portability of it.

It's easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of room. It only requires a very small amount of cleaner and water which is great compared to what a normal mop would use. I can wash my floors in half the time, with my baby on my hip, and make no mess! It also comes with everything you need to get started plus an extra roller and a cleaning brush for the washer. I highly recommend this product to anyone, especially busy parents!

Actually sucks up the dirty water on the floor where as neither of the two bissells could. Battery stays charged well, long enough the get 2-3 large rooms cleaned on one charge.

However, this will be the ideal cleaner for my kitchen floor or bathroom floor as they are relatively small and I would be able to get through the entire job without having to recharge. Suction is excellent and I enjoy the self-cleaning mode. Excellent for pet owners in particular.

It glides as you push making it effortless. It really takes the oain out if moping. No yucky buckets, nasty water or touching the mop head.

We keep our floors pretty clean and I was amazed at how much dirt this picked up. Not only did it clean so well I was impressed by how quickly the floors were dry after cleaning. The unit is so light, quiet and easy to maneuvre. One thing I hate when it comes to cleaning tools is when they are difficult to maintain. It's almost like another chore after cleaning to take care of them. I was worried that would be the case with this and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to take it apart, rinse the pieces and set them up to dry. The self clean function did a great job as well. I'm so happy with the Tineco floor washer. I can't speak to the longevity but if it holds up reasonably well I'll be more than pleased. It's a game changer and really enjoyable to use and that's not something I usually say about cleaning.

It charged fast and lasted the entire clean (45 minutes) It also came with wash and washing pads so that was helpful. I feel like my floors have never been cleaner.

I love this one has a way larger water reservoir for the cleaner and the dirty water compared to the three. Means I don’t have to empty it out and can clean my whole 1300 sq ft house with one cleaning. I love that it came with 3 rollers and also a charging station to make charging easier.

It leaves a very minimal amount of water behind on the floor so it dries super fast. The self cleaning feature is awesome too. I use it mainly for light cleaning but if you have more stubborn spots on the floor it can get those too if you pass over it slowly a few times. Mopping the floor may not be my least favorite chore anymore!
Cleaning floors is now our family’s favorite chore!

Every single night, my husband, toddler, and I hash it out for who gets to use our Tineco floor cleaner. Prior to receiving this item, cleaning the floors were cumbersome between sweeping and mopping. Now, it’s a super quick task that even our toddler can do. The floor cleaner is easy to charge and I love that it is wireless. Our floors have never been cleaner and we have used it literally every single day. I look forward to using it daily, haha. I was surprised at how much being able to skip the step of sweeping would motivate me to keep my floors looking great! The tool itself has a super modern, sleek look and comes with its own charging dock complete with accessory holders. In the box, you'll find 2 extra brush rollers, a scrub brush to keep the machine parts clean, a good-sized jug of tineco cleaning solution (you only need a capful each time along with the water), and an extra filter. The machine was a little intimidating at first and reading the manual was a must but once I started using it, it was not hard to get the hang of. The battery life is more than adequate to clean all my hard floors in once charge. The self clean function is a great feature just don't forget to empty the dirty water basin AFTER self cleaning. This is an excellent floor washer for everyday use and the suction might be better than my actual vacuum. I was hoping it would replace my steam mop entirely but I think I'll still have to keep that around for the heavy duty messes my kids like to make. And the suction gives the tineco a self-propelled feel that can honestly yank my shoulder a bit too much after a long day holding toddlers. All in all though, I really do think this is a great addition to my cleaning routine and will help me keep up woth everyday maintenance of our floors in a way I have never been able to before.

Anyone with kids knows how often you need to clean and mop the place. SETUP: it came in a small box, and the parts were very self explanatory to put together. I’m so glad they included the cleaning solution. They also provide 2 extra rollers, 1 extra filter, and a cleaning brush. CHARGING: very simple ground charging unit. Straight from the box, it was at 40% battery life, and took a few hours to charge to 100%. It lasts 25-35 mins. FUNCTION: I’ve only used it on auto mode which automatically detects floor condition. Otherwise you can set it to max or suction if there’s a spill. Just gotta fill up the reservoir with water and top up with cleaner. It picked up so much dust, hair from my floor! There were no streaks so my toddler ran around without it being slippery. It also pulls up egg shells, and spills without leaving a trace! This is a game changer bc it makes it so convenient to vacuum/mop. It’s lightweight and runs smoothly. MAINTENANCE: after each use, gotta dump the water, clean the filter and let them air dry. It helps they’ve given extra parts in case you need to quickly use it again. CONS: 1) My machine is faulty bc the sensor kept telling me my clean water needs changing from the start. After reading some troubleshooting, I may just have to clean the filters out even though it’s unused from the box. 2) it doesn’t *completely* replace a mop. There’s a couple of stains on my floor that it didn’t remove. 3) I wish it had a spray function so I could pay closer attention to some areas of foot traffic and spills. OVERALL 4.5/5. It really makes a busy mom’s life easier.

Food is being thrown on the ground at every meal. The Tineco Floor Washer 5 Series is the answer I’ve been looking for. This device picks up the food and mops the floor in record time. It does not leave the floor super wet either. This device is super effective at cleaning. I really like that the dirty and clean water have separate tanks so I can clean confidently knowing I am getting a quality job done each time. It is very easy to manipulate and maneuver. That fact that it is cordless is amazing and makes cleaning a breeze. A couple of things to note, this machine does not replace an actual vacuum for me but is a great option when I need to both vacuum and mop. I would also like to mention that the machine will pull itself forward when turned on. Cleaning the actual machine is easy as well. Dump the dirty water out and clean the debris trap. Let this compartment air dry. The digital display will also tell you when the machine needs to complete the self cleaning process. A base is include for the machine to complete this process. The battery life has been great so far and the machine is fairly quiet when in use. I am really happy with this product and have already been the envy of my mom friends with the Tineco Floor Washer 5 Series!
