BISSELL CrossWave Omniforce Edge Wet Dry Vacuum - 3930

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a preschool in my house so any way I can save time is awesome. With this machine, I can basically sweep and mop at the same time. I have used it in my classroom and the kitchen and have cut my cleaning time significantly. It's light and fluffy lol compared to my Bissell vacuum and carpet cleaner so that's awesome too. I love Bissell products, they always do what they say they're gonna do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My household is no stranger to Bissell products- in fact they have been our go-to cleaning machines for the past 5 years. I have owned multiple versions of the Crosswave, but this new one absolutely is the best. We've all been there, we just finished cleaning the floor in the kitchen, but now we have to go back through with the attachment wand, crouch down, and vacuum up all along the base boards as our vacuum got close but couldn't quite get it all. Not anymore! The Crosswave OmniForce Edge really does live up to it's name and it gets right up against the edges. I'll be honest, I have no idea what they did differently, but whatever it was, it works. This has saved me a substantial bit of time, as well as saved my back. The rest of the machine continues to live up to the greatness of previous Crosswaves. I love the convenience of being able to simultaneously vacuum and mop (as most of my home are hardwood or vinyl floors). It also does an excellent job on the area rugs located throughout my home. This one is one of the first that allows me to straight vacuum without needing to mop simultaneously, and that is super helpful for quick clean ups. I only have a couple things I wish were different, and they all involve the clean-up once i am done using the vacuum. I wish that it wasn't such a process to clean out the canister and rolls each time. I think we're in a pretty good groove- we keep a clean roller on the stand and then place it in the vacuum after we take out the one we just used and stand it in the roller to dry. This seems to keep the mildew smell eliminated, but if you forget to remove that roller after running the vacuum mop you will certainly regret it. Additionally, if we need to clean up the filter, we can't use the vacuum again for 24 hours as we have to wait for it to be fully 100% dry. Overall, however, these are small hiccups and things we can move past. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this vacuum!

We have a long haired pooch who is constantly causing chaos in the house with all his shenanigans, but they're no match for this All-in-One surface cleaner! My other cordless vacuum went straight into the trash. Highly recommend!!

The unit is surprisingly powerful for its size, is extremely easy to set up and use, and stows well in a vertical position. I've tested the power of the vacuum on regular light dry cleaning as well as heavy spills using both the wet and dry functions, and found both to be more than sufficient. The suction is very good, I did not find that any debris remained after use. As an added bonus, the noise level is not especially high --- this is one of the quieter wet/dry vacs I have used. The low weight and lack of a cord makes carrying this unit around the house no problem at all --- we use it on all of our three levels. Setup and charging is extremely easy. In the vertical position, the unit takes up approximately 1 foot x 1 foot x 4 feet of space, easily fitting in a closet or up against a wall. This unit is not hangable, as I have seen others of its type.

After all these machines, my standards are pretty high these days. I need cordless. I need the battery to last. I need wet mopping and dry vacuuming capabilities. I need self-cleaning. I need a cleaning solution I can easily get my hands on. In the past, I was getting 3 or 4 out of my 5 wants. Even then, I never really complained about that crumb peeking out from the spot between the baseboard and the floorboard. After all, nothing but a vacuum wand would pick that up, so why complain? You can't have everything, right? Well, YES YOU CAN. Let me tell you something—this baby meets all 5 of my needs and my 6th unspoken want. I'm not picking that crumb out anymore to feed it to my floor cleaner. Nope. I'm not sucking it out with my big vacuum's wand anymore. The OmniForce Edge gets them every single time. Of course, I love that it's cordless, the battery lasts, it mops, it vacuums, and I can get the cleaning solution from stores I already shop at. But the best part? It gets those edges so clean, I didn't even know that was possible. My search ends here!

This 2 in 1 option is so convenient for cleaning up quick messes after dinner with young kids and especially convenient when cleaning up difficult to trap dog hair. Overall, the edge cleaning technology works well and the product is easy to maneuver, however, it does not fit well in small spaces like under couches and doesn't have a stick or hose option for cleaning corners of the ceiling or super tight corners. This has great suction power and the mopping option is great at cleaning up a variety of different messes.

I have a hard time managing cleanliness with 3 cats and 2 very busy toddlers! This wet and dry vacuum is effective at cleaning up messes and creating that all-in-one functionality, which eliminates the need for separate mops, brooms, and vacuums! Some of my favorite features include: CORDLESS - I can pick it up and go whenever needed! No plugins necessary Power base - I do love that it comes with a power base for easy charging and storing Design - I love the digital display and sounds! The shape and functionality of the vacuum make it easier to reach edges and hard-to-reach areas under furniture. Overall it is lightweight, easy to use, and has powerful suction which makes after-dinner cleanup messes a breeze with a vacuum and mop all in one!

I've never used a wet-dry vac before and it was super satisfying to see the vac turn clean water into dirty water as evidence of the non-visible filth of my seemingly clean floor. You know, when you can feel grime but can't really see it? But that was only if I used it on the Power mode, which meant it circulated a lot of water pretty quickly, and I had to refill the tank in order to get through my whole kitchen floor. So I wish the base mode was a little more powerful, but it's super easy and intuitive to use - easy to store, easy to maneuver. You really can use it to vacuum up anything, the only downside being that anything solid will need to be cleaned out of the vacuum's trap, and it can get a little yucky. My household doesn't have a ton of spills, but my kitchen floor takes a beating and always feels dirty. It felt MUCH cleaner after using this wet-dry vac, although maybe a little streaky. Overall, I'm a fan.

This tool is the best all in one wet/dry vac I have ever used! This has made cleaning a breeze for me with children, pets, and having predominately hardwood floors. It was overall easy to use and assemble and so intuitive! I love the ability to vacuum and clean up liquid messes all at the same time. I've also liked the ability to vacuum over and freshen up our area rugs. This vacuum has made cleaning a breeze for me and helps me keep my house cleaner because it is so easy! The vacuums edge cleaning technology was so great and easy to use and maneuver into the corners of our kitchen flooring and under cabinets. This product is extremely versatile. Not only it's mobile and light, it's very simple to clean. I hate having to clean vacuums after use, but they make this one super easy. Also having a dock that can not only charge your vacuum, but it has a built-in drying rack for the roller. That was a nice touch. Edge function is phenomenal when picking up pet hair. I have a 70lb dog that sheds constantly and the CrossWave OmniForce Edge picks up every corner and edge of our house. This became a MUST have product at our household and I recommend it 100% to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is nice for everyday use, especially during the winter and muddy seasons. As a wet mop, this is a great everyday tool to use to clean up messes from my kids and dogs. Especially when the the weather isnt great and the kids bring in a mess. However, when combined with the vaccuum, you lose a little power and I prefer a straight vacuum to clean up all the dog hair tat accumulates in our house. The interface is super easy to use, and the battery life is long enough for my use. I also like the docking station as it is always nce to have a place for things. I also like the ease of use as my kids can use it and do a pretty good job cleaing up. My biggest drawback is cleaning after every use. And having to wait 24 hours for the filter to dry. If I dont do this, it gets very stinky very quickly, and sometimes when my kdis use it, they dont clean it and it stinks. However, the benefits of everyday wet mop ease of use outweigh this. So thank you to the Stellar Testing Panel for allowing me to try this and add to my arsenal of everyday cleaning tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave OmniForce Edge is a great everyday cleaner. It is efficient at cleaning fresh messes and maintaining a tidy floor. It allows me to quickly keep my tile house clean with a toddler and black lab. The settings are intuitive and the display is easy to read - even turning upside down when in use! When my dog is shedding (which is always), I love that can do a quick vacuum to pick up large hair deposits before switching to wet mode with the same appliance. The edge cleaning feature even helps get all the hair stuck at the baseboards. It's such a time saver that I don't have to make sure every hair is gone before mopping! This makes the job more approachable - meaning my floor is clean more often. This is the perfect vacuum for a maintenance clean. No streaks and I can clean my entire downstairs (1,500 sq ft) on one charge (and 3 tank fills). It's nice that I can wet vac over rugs and it easily gets the tile tidy with little to no prep work (even from sticky juice and dog grime). However, I still prefer a steam cleaner for deep cleaning, as the CrossWave has great suction power but has trouble with stuck on bits. I have primary hard floors in my house and they require a lot of vacuuming and mopping with a dog, baby, and toddler around. This wet-dry vac is saving tons of cleaning time and much more efficient than a mop at getting our floors clean. It leaves behind minimal water for a very fast drying time. It's not too loud and doesn't scare the kids or dog! It's very lightweight and easy to maneuver under tables and right up to the edges of the room. It handles a variety of messes from food to dirt to dog hair. I like how the liquid and solids separate in the dirty canister for quick disposal. For the few carpets and rugs around our house, it did a phenomenal job as a standard vacuum as well. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for this handy wet-dry vac. It is a new staple in my household and we love it so much!

With an older wet dry vac I had, the floors never seemed to get as clean as I'd like, but with this new Crosswave my floors have never been cleaner. I was able to get to spots I normally have to clean by hand, and it was so easy to maneuver all over my hardwood floors and tiled bathroom. I have a 4 year old son and a senior dog, and between the two we have no shortage of messes. There has not been a single mess that the Crosswave couldn't handle, including a full glass of milk that had fallen from the kitchen table and tiny pieces of dog kibble that our senior dog scatters around as he eats. Each time I clean with this machine, I am so certain my floor is getting very clean and the effort I'm putting in is worth it. I am sold on this as my absolute favorite wet dry vac, and I've been telling anyone and everyone about it. I was a little worried this was going to be complicated to use after glancing through the instruction booklet. Once I got of the courage to give it a try I was pleasantly surprised. As a vacuum it does most things you would want it to do. In addition it replaces the need for a mop and bucket which I have never liked having in my closet to begin with. It is sleek looking (if a vacuum/ mop/ can be called that). It is surprisingly easy to use and did a great job cleaning my kitchen floor after family with small kids were here (there were a lot of kids and lots of mess). I thinks this works surprising well - I was a bit skeptical but am so glad I was able to try as it makes cleaning so easy esp when entertaining

I was highly impressed by this Wet/Dry Vac. This Bissell CrossWave was very easy to assemble with the quick manual, and it is super lightweight and very reliable. I used the Dry/Vac part to pick up the pet hair all over the floor, and the suction power was so strong and even picked up every strand in the edges, it also held a lot of hair in the container. I used the wet vacuum part to clean dried on food, dirt and grim. This CrossWave Wet-Vac part was simple to fill with water and the cleaning solution, I rolled through the dirt once forward to clean, then backwards to suck the water into the tank. When I was done cleaning, I put it on the charger to self clean and charge up for the next day. The battery life lasted for about an hour of use, and charges up quickly. This CrossWave OmniForce Edge is my favorite Wet/Dry Vac, and I highly recommend it to everyone, especially families with kids, and/or pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive the Bissell crosswave omniforce edge courtesy of Stellar product testing panel. I have been using this product for almost 2 months and have never had a tangle incident in the brush roll, and that's saying a lot with three kitties! The strainer caught most hair and debris from dirty water and aided in a easier clean up. I find that I clean the house quicker and more thorough with one machine versus three different cleaning items/machines. The tanks are easy to clean and put back together, although I have had some hiccups aligning the dirty tank when reattaching after emptying. If you do not align it perfectly it will spew water out of the sides. I have to remove and reattach about 3 times before I get it perfect which is pretty annoying. I like that it has suction levels depending on where you're cleaning. High suction is great for stuck on messes,high traffic areas, and rugs. In fact, the suction so high I was able to suck up an onion piece on my hardwood floor! The Zerogap technology is wonderful for dust and hair but not great with litter. I often had to go behind with a broom along the baseboards. I like the idea of the feature but it isn't the one thing that's keeping me sold on the product. I have been SO happy with this product and it has essentially replaced my mop and broom for day to day messes.

It is cordless allowing me to move all around the house without having to worry about reaching the end of the cord and stopping to move plugs. I found the battery life to be long enough to do my whole downstairs about 1300sqft. It is also great for quick post dining cleanups with a toddler who finds throwing food on the ground amusing. The suction picks up all of my pets' fur and my hair too. We are currently growing grass in our yard so the dogs drag in more dirt than normal and this vacuum has been saving the day. It is great to not have to sweep and mop separately saving this working mom of 2 much needed time. The self clean feature is great and has kept the rollers from getting that mildew smell common with wet/dry vacuums.
