Game Changer

My dream mop!
I love this mop! We live at the beach and have a puppy and two boys in our household. We have regular sandy paws, dirt and spills on our hardwood floors. I have been mopping by hand for years and finally decided to splurge on this electric mop and it is a dream! I have gone from dreading “mopping day” to wanting to mop my floors everyday now, well almost!

Problems with this cordless mop!
I ordered this cordless spinwave for a relative. I now own this 2315A cordless mop. My relative somehow lost the tank! I replaced it with a tank that is identical to the one on my corded Spinwave. It snapped perfectly into place, but when I used the cordless mop, the sprayer released way too much water!!! I didn’t hold the spray button down but a second or two. I’ve never had this trouble with the corded mop, and am wondering if the cordless mop has a manufacturing defect. The problem renders it useless. I’ve had many Bissell products and loved them all. Not this one!

Favorite Mop!
I love this mop so much so that I bought one as a gift for my mother who loves it also. I wouldn’t use it to clean up a spill type mess but to clean my wood and tile floors it’s excellent and a pleasure to use.

Terrible battery
The battery dies within 5 minutes even when it's fully charged. Can't even finish a room without it dying. Do not recommend.

This is the best way to clean hard surface sealed floors.

I would not buy this again
I only had this cordless mop for approximately 2 years, which I had another steam mop so I did not use this mop for the fast cleaning. First of all it is heavier then I expected. The other day I charged it two different times, because it did not work. I spent all this money and it quit working. Don't buy.

I recommend giving the Spinwave a try.

I was a little apprehensive about the 20 minute battery life but it has not been an issue thus far. You need a break after using it that long. We are going to experiment with other cleaning solutions to hopefully find one with less residue. So far we are very pleased.

Always Clean Bathroom Floor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent time doing internet research before I bought the SpinWave. It had what I wanted. Now I can mop the bathroom floor every day in no time. The machine does the scrubbing for me and does a good job. Being able to throw the reusable pads into the washing machine is a plus. I really like not having a cord to deal with and I didn't want a machine that kept me buying disposable pads.

Only good when it's new
I love this when I first bought it. I didn't overuse it whatsoever because I moved so it was stored away for years as it was not needed where I was staying. So given that it barely got used much I am surprised that the battery charge does not hold and it takes really long to charge. Also the liquid has started leaking from the mop without pressing the spray button. And lastly one of the Spinners just stopped working

I am going to purchase one for the second time.
I have had one with the cord for almost 8 years. I like how it just glides on my hard floors. I am in my 80's, don't want to be pushing and pulling a mop! I liked it so much I purchased one for each of my granddaughters. It just started having problems with the spinning, so I am considering ordering another one for myself !
